What's the Best Mustard?

Mayo, at least on this website, is canceled. If you want some moisture on your sandwich, our official position is that you should consider hot sauce. Or spicy ketchup. Or mustard, the topic of this week’s Co-Op.

The mustard aisle has transformed over the years. When I was a kid, your choice was either a bright yellow bottle (name brand or store brand...that was your variety), or Grey Poupon. Now, even regular-ass grocery stores stock dozens of national and regional brands, all putting their own twist on the versatile condiment.

So this week, as we eagerly await warm temperatures and outdoor barbecues, we’re calling for your whole-grain takes. What’s the best mustard?

1) Your nomination should contain the name of a specific mustard, why you think it’s the best, a link where it can be purchased, and an image.

2) Vote by starring someone else’s nomination.

3) Please do not duplicate nominations.
