The original DJI Phantom is on sale at B&H for $379, today only. That's the first time I've ever seen one below $400, so you should definitely snap it up if you're in the market.
There are a few caveats to be aware of. First, it doesn't have a built-in camera, but it does have a GoPro mount. Luckily, GoPros start at just $130 these days, and even the cheap models should produce better video than DJI's built-in camera offerings. Also, it unsurprisingly doesn't have a built-in gimbal, so don't expect to produce something like this right out the box. That said, if you get serious about your drone videography later, you can add one a la carte.
If those shortcomings don't scare you off, this is a seriously great deal on one of the best toys you can buy. The price is valid today only, or until sold out. [B&H]
