There is nothing that isn’t improved by a coffee pairing, and it turns out that that includes maple syrup. Bushwick Kitchen’s Trees Knees Coffee Maple is perfectly balanced, with both real maple syrup flavor and coffee notes from Stumptown’s Hair Bender Blend coming through. “Sweet” remains the overarching takeaway, with the coffee infusion adding to, rather than changing or burying the maple.

We just finished trying it on some excellent waffles, but this is going to be a great syrup for ice cream, cocktails, and whatever else your heart desires.
