Pride Month has arrived, and you know what that means: Brands are decking their products out in rainbows aplenty, and also donating quite a bit of cash to organizations that support LGBTQ+ rights and communities. We’ve rounded up 20 of the coolest collections to shop, so you can be proud of more than just your purchases this month.
Levi’s
All of the net proceeds Levi’s Pride Collection go to OutRight Action International, an organization working to advance human rights for LGBTQ+ people all over the world, and hey, the collection itself features all that classic cool the denim brand is known for, too. Choose from a range of tees accented by rainbow strips and emblazoned with big Levi’s logos, bags, hat, socks, and underwear, or customize your own Pride T-shirt.
Teva
I, along with the rest of the internet, recently awakened to the knowledge that Tevas are now cool, so should we even be surprised that they created the perfect pride shoe? The Flatform Universal Pride was created in partnership with the Tegan and Sara Foundation, and each pair sold will prompt a $15 donation to the org, which stands for racial, social, and gender justice for LGBTQ+ girls and women.
American Eagle
AE is offering up a line of graphic tees and tanks (plus a hat, hoodie, and a couple pairs of underwear) for men and women. All sales will benefit the It Gets Better Project, a nonprofit that aims to uplift, empower, and connect LGBTQ+ youth around the globe.
Harry’s
Harry’s Shave With Pride Set includes three blade cartridges, a foaming shave gel, a travel cover, and—the best part—a limited-edition razor with an iridescent finish that’s unique to each handle. The striking box was designed by artist José Roda, and all the proceeds from the set will be donated to The Trevor Project, a nonprofit that operates a national 24-hour, toll-free confidential suicide hotline for LGBTQ youth.
Happy Socks
Happy Socks can always be counted on to bring some funkiness to your feet, and they didn’t disappoint when it came to their Pride Collection. Pick up either a 2-pack gift box, or just a pair for yourself in a striped rainbow pattern that will complete your Pride Parade ensemble.
TOMS
TOMS’ Unity Collection features a couple of classic slip-ons with Pride-themed touches, as well as some rainbow-hued sunglasses. Via the collection, the philanthropically-inclined brand aims to provide free eye care to homeless youth in New York City and Los Angeles—many of whom are members of the LGBTQ+—in partnership with the Helen Keller International’s Childsight Program.
Converse
Remember when you used to jazz up your old Chucks by drawing on them yourself? No need to break out the markers this time. Converse has gone all out on their Pride Collection this year with a range of sparkly, colorful sneakers in support of the brand’s local and global LGBTQ+ partners, including the It Gets Better Project and OUT MetroWest. And don’t forget to inspect the bottom of your chosen sneaks for a rainbow stripe surprise.
Under Armour
Under Armour is hitting the Pride arena with a line of rainbow-ified gear that you can wear for workouts—or anytime! Much of the stock is tagged with their “United We Win” slogan, and the UA HOVR SLK EVO x Pride sneakers, created in honor of the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising, are particular stand-outs. UA has partnered with Athlete Ally, a nonprofit aimed at educating and activating athletic communities to eliminate homophobia and transphobia in sports, and according to a press release, “will be sponsoring the Pride parades in Baltimore, Austin and World Pride in NYC, as well as participating in the San Francisco Pride, to celebrate Under Armour’s ongoing commitment to equality and opportunity for all.”
Express
Express’s Love Unites Collection features apparel of all kinds for men and women (a personal favorite is the rainbow-lined black black blazer). And for each every Unites item purchased by July 15, Express will donate 25% of the net income to GLAAD to accelerate acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community, so hurry up and shop!
Nike
Nike’s 2019 Pride collection pays tribute to the creator of the iconic rainbow flag, Gilbert Baker, and features T-shirts, sweatshirts, sneakers, sandals, and one very snazzy crossbody bag, all adorned with rainbow touches. Of the 2019 BETRUE Collection, Nike said in a press release, “For the first time, the footwear, apparel and accessories all feature the icon’s original eight-color flag, as well as other meaningful ‘Gilbert-y’ touches and symbols of Pride.” BETRUE was released at select retailers on June 1 and will be available online on June 8.
Warby Parker
For Pride month, Warby Parker has released a limited-edition Parker Case in Blue Prism, inspired by the rainbow. In addition, the brand will be donating to The Trevor Project and Lambda Legal, both of which are organizations working to support the LGBTQ+ community. The case is up for grabs in stores while supplies last, plus all purchases made in store in June will receive a rainbow Warby Parker tote.
Sperry
If your Pride style is more on the subtle side, look no further than Sperry’s Pride collection of rainbow-accented sneakers and boat shoes. The all-white look is unquestionably classy, but with a hint of rainbow stitching, laces, or striking rainbow gore detail, you’ll certainly still be putting your pride on display, from head to toe.
Milk Makeup
Pride Month calls for a little (or a lot) of extra glitter. Give yourself a glow up with Milk Makeup’s Wear Your Pride Set. You’ll get a Glitter Stick in Techno, a Deluxe Kush Mascara, and a Mini Holographic Stick in Stardust, plus 100% of the set’s proceeds will go to The Center, which provides programs for health, wellness and connection for the LGBTQ+ community in New York City.
Fossil
Time to celebrate Pride! So Fossil is letting timepiece enthusiasts create a custom Pride watch. The limited-edition face can be paired with a rainbow strap, or any other color 18m strap. The collection is created in partnership with the Hetrick-Martin Institute, the nation’s largest and first LGBTQ+ Youth Services organization. Get one before time runs out!
Original Penguin
Pick up a Pride polo from Original Penguin. In support of ALL OUT, a global movement for love and equality, the menswear brand has released a line of colorful polos with a rainbow-accented collar and penguin detail, along with a few T-shirts, muscle tees, and swimwear. What’s not to love about a pair of trunks dotted with tiny rainbows?
Target
Not to outshine everyone else, but Target has an expansive Pride collection features 80 items of clothing for adults and kids, swimwear, and accessories like pins, bandanas, bags, and hats. If you’re looking to go all out for your Pride Parade this year, Target and its famously reasonable prices won’t let you down.
Bombas
The sock purveyors over at Bombas have created a space dyed Pride sock so cool, it’s already sold out in the ankle sock style. Not to worry, though; you can still snag the limited-edition design in calf sock form, and take pride in the fact that your purchase will help support Bombas initiative to donate 40% of all donation socks as a result of purchases made through the end of June directly to homeless LGBTQIA+ youth in need.
Soludos
Slip into a pair of Soludos Smoking Slippers, decked out with rainbow embroidery in honor of Pride. These shoes are comfy, and the frayed edge of the rainbow gives off a chill, handmade kind of vibe. We’re willing to bet you’ll be wearing these not just in June, but all summer long.
Reebok
Don’t think Reebok is sitting on the sidelines for Pride Month. The athletic wear favorite has released a Pride Collection featuring their Classic Leather, Freestyle Hi, and Club C 85 sneakers with special rainbow stitching, plus a handful of good-looking tees and tanks, socks, and a headband. Through June 30, Reebok will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sales to Fenway Health, a nonprofit dedicated to “enhance[ing] the wellbeing of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and all people in our neighborhoods and beyond,” up to $50,000.00.
Tarte Cosmetics
Complete your Pride look with a palette of rainbow eyeshadows from Tarte Cosmetics. The set is in collaboration with YouTuber @jessiepaege and includes a bonus mini Lights, Camera, Lashes Mascara. It includes 6 matte hues and 2 pearlescent shades, so you know your Pride makeup will be truly eye-catching.
