Casper Made a Platform Bed and a Nightstand, Because of Course

Casper seems intent on selling everything you could want in a bedroom, and the company’s latest additions are a platform bed and a nightstand.

The bed is constructed from powder coated aluminum, and uses wood slats as the foundation, so you can lay your mattress right on top. But at $895 for a a Full ranging up to $1,095 for a California King though, it doesn’t come cheap. You can also add a headboard in three different finishes for $475-$575. No doubt it’s a fine looking bed, but when Casper’s own adjustable base costs less than the platform bed plus a headboard, it’s tough to justify.

Casper’s new nightstand though is a bit more palatable at $275, and comes with a clever sliding tray on the bottom shelf to hide your electronics, plus a notch on the back to route cables. The look is minimal—almost industrial—and it comes in either white or slate. Amazingly, it ships fully assembled; just open the box and set it where you want it.
