I love the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 15 because is such a great shoe. It has plenty of suport ( i´m a severe overproneur) and great cushing. I have done three half-marathons with these versatile running shoes and i felt great without any pains like in other more expensive suport shoes. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS series is Read more

I like the adidas energy boost 2. Very cushioned yet extremly supportive at the same time. Also seem to be exceptionaly durable.

I have 5 different makes and models in my rotation right now, but my go-to shoe is the New Balance 870. I have flat feet and weak ankles and these keep all the parts in line and happy. They have the right balance of cushion, drop and weight. I like them the best right now for runs and races over 10 miles.

I’ve been wearing the Mizuno Wave Rider for close to 15 years now. It consistently provides for the best training shoe. It breaks in very quickly, usually within 3 or 4 runs, and last well into 300 miles. They’ve made a few changes over the years which modified it’s fit, but these never deviated much from the past Read more

I’ll +1 for the Asics Nimbus and Cumulus line- the Cumulus has slightly less cushion and costs slightly less than the Nimbus- but I hate that Asics “improves” their shoes so drastically each season. If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. I had to stop wearing them after they narrowed the toe box around the time of the

Brooks PureFlow. Light weight, zero drop, good enough support for me...and they are dirt cheap. If you buy the newest version, you will pay around $100. But for whatever reason, Nordstrom Rack and DSW carry the past versions (still great shoes) for $50-60. I’m on my fourth pair.

I want to hate these shoes, but they do work for my weirdo feet. But I wish they came in better colors or something. (It looks like the 15s have more options though.) And I wish that the running store in town didn’t sell them to every damn person that comes in. Read more
