Corso Como Fabienne flat. I wore the crap out of these for work. They have a little edge with the zippers and they are extra cushiony with breathable materials on the heel and ball. They come in metallics, too. Nice leather that will polish up and look nice after a beating.

Hey! I typically wear an 8 (sometimes 7.5 in flats or sandals) and have issues with flats flopping off my feet. I ended up with an 8.5. I would just advise sizing up, maybe a whole size if you have wide feet. Their returns are super easy and customer service was AMAZING. Read more

Have you used the Foot Petals stuff? They have back-of-heel inserts that are FANTASTIC. I have a great pair of Coach flats but the leather around the rim totally ripped up my Achilles...it was awful.
