I’ve had and used this thing for the last five years (paid $125); it’s amazing. The turkey is never dry, and it has a light crisp to the skin. I wouldn’t use it indoors, and if you’re cooking a larger bird in the >17# range, you’ll want to put a larger drip pan underneath, but this thing is well worth it. Read more
