it depends! what kind of bumps? if they’re small, clogged pores, then yes this with help exfoliate the dead skin which is what’s clogging the pores most likely, and then i would say to add a hyaluronic acid to help hydrate the skin and make sure that the cell turnover from the exfoliation is supported.
