I’ve been very pleased with two different coffees from Costco in my KitchenAid cold brew coffee maker: Mayorga and Don Pablo. Both are very good both cold and hot (diluted the concentrate with either cold or hot water.). Both are rich and exhibit no bitterness, but to my taste the Mayorga is slightly smoother. Read more

Stone Street Coffee Cold Brew Reserve. This stuff never tastes bitter but has a serious punch and plenty of flavor. Also comes pre-ground specifically for cold brewing.

At the risk of being unpopular, I would point out instant coffee dissolves in cold water. A little Juan Valdez Cafe Buendiain in some water and mostly milk with sugar is tasty. I’ve got a Bonavita brewer for hot coffee.

I use Gevalia Special Reserve Guatemalan. It’s medium-roasted and coarse ground, both perfect for cold-brewing. As a bonus, at least in my Oxo, the 10oz bag is the exact amount of coffee needed.
