Ex-Officio Give-N-Go
http://www.amazon.com/ExOfficio-Give-N-Go-Boxer-Charcoal-Medium/dp/B001M0MN0C/
These are completely comfortable in any situation I’ve thrown at them - desk-sitting, hiking, yard work, running, sleeping, sweaty activities, whatever. They are durable and stay “new” longer than other other undies I’ve worn. - Corey Foster
Yes, these are the best. I think they have more reviews than any other item on Amazon - not something you expect for men’s underwear. I usually don’t think of nylon as a comfortable fabric but these have a microfiber fine enough to wick moisture and a little waffle crimp that lets it stretch and give just the right amount. They pitch them for travel because they are light and will dry quickly but they are great for everyday. - Les Mikesell
MeUndies
Note: Our Promotions Team [Sponsored] frequently runs a deal on MeUndies, so check there first if you’re interested.
MeUndies is leading the charge for better men’s underwear. Ridiculous soft moisture-wicking modal fabric, great colors, and available as both boxer briefs and trunks. They fit very well, make you look great, and retain their shape throughout the day, though a bit of structure is traded in the leg for more softness. - Shane Roberts
Under Armour 6" Boxerjock

They look good, feel good, don’t ride up, and wick away any moisture (sweat). Good for wearing under a suit and then wearing to the gym. - get-nick
I have pairs of these that are 5+ years old and still in good shape. Similar pairs of the Champion from target have disintegrated in less time and less use. They are all I buy now after trying cheaper Adidas and Puma out. - GregL2
Hanes Comfort Soft Waistband
http://www.amazon.com/Hanes-Classics-5-Pack-Comfort-Waistband/dp/B00ACIGVJ4/
I’ve tried several other brands of boxer briefs over the last 20 years but I keep buying these because:
5 for $20.
They are comfortable out of the bag.
They will last at least a year of wearing/ washing once a week.
They are cheap enough to throw away and replace if you have to.
The red ones are lucky - nonesuch
