Amazon just dropped the price on the latest generation Apple MacBook Pro 13" Retina to just $1,349.99. This is the lowest historical price on this model marking it as a great time to buy. UPDATE: Amazon is sold out. Look to Best Buy to get this price until they suffer the same fate.
Dealzmodo has been watching these for some time now and identifies this as the latest in a trend of Apple system deals initiated by Best Buy. It started with iMac models and was followed with MacBook Air discounts in January. Amazon was quick to match the prices. While you can pick yours up at either retailer, we find that Amazon usually wins out with sales tax or speed of shipping benefits.
