Fellowes' Standing Desk Riser Builds Wireless Charging Right In

I’m pretty sure if I get one more standing desk riser sent to the office people are going to mutiny, so I’m glad Fellowes finally (mostly) nailed this category.

The Fellowes Lotus DX Sit-Stand Workstation understands some apparently elusive things about this category, namely that if you have a standing desk riser, that riser is the desk. The Lotus gets it, building wireless charging right in, shifting most of the real estate to the lower platform, offering ample cable management and built-in USB ports, hiding the mounting portion of the monitor arm, and offering enough room to properly mouse, even with a full-size keyboard.

Beyond all that, which is a lot, the Lotus DX is also antimicrobial, looks better than most of the competition, and adjust more easily and smoothly than most everything else out there.

This is still a giant piece of plastic, it’s still expensive, and you should still be really sure you’re actually going to use it before you even consider a purchase, but if you’re sure you want (or need) a standing desk riser, and you’ve got the cash, buy this one.
