It’s the freaking weekend and we have deals on our readers’ favorite coolers, a Yamaha sound bar, a Black & Decker air fryer, and many more.

TOP TECH DEALS
Yamaha’s YAS-207BL was the first sound bar on the market to simulate surround sound with Dolby DTS Virtual:X, which bounces audio off your walls and ceiling without the aid of satellite speakers. I tried it myself, and the result was surprisingly convincing.
If you’ve been holding out for a good deal, it just dropped to $230, its first significant discount from its usual $300 MSRP.
We can debate whether curved TVs are cool or a gimmick (my take: They’re a cool gimmick), but we can’t debate that this one-day discount on Amazon is sizable. $930 is more than $300 less than you’ll pay most other places around the web.
Power strips with USB ports are nothing new, but most are designed for a home theater or an office desk, while this compact model is better-suited for a nightstand. Three AC outlets and three USB ports might be all you need in that environment.
There will come a day that all USB ports are USB-C ports, but until then, you’re gonna need some dongles. This USB-C hub features three USB 3.0 ports, HDMI, an SD card reader, and a 100W USB-C passthrough port for power.
Jackery makes some of the most popular battery packs around, but the Jackery Jewel is unlike anything else they make.
Really, the Jewel isn’t so much a battery pack as it is a Lightning cable with a battery bulge in the middle. That 450mAh battery is only good for a ~15-20% charge on most iPhones, but that can be the difference between finishing the night with a working smartphone or an inert slab of glass. It could also work as an emergency power reserve for lower-draw devices like AirPods or a Magic Mouse.
When it’s plugged into a charger or computer, the Jewel also acts as a standard Lightning cable, except that while it’s refueling your phone or syncing data, it’s also recharging its built-in battery. Considering $10 isn’t all that expensive for a regular Lighting cable (hell, Apple charges $19 for theirs), this is a hell of a deal.
If you’re lucky enough to have an iPhone X arriving in the near future, you’re going to want to keep that screen looking pristine. If you missed the deal earlier this week, Anker’s once again marked down their 2-pack of screen protectors. Get them for $6 with promo code KARAP113.
Amazon usually sells certified refurbished Echo Dots for $5 less than new models, but for now at least, that discount has increased to $15. Refurbished Dots still carry the same warranty as new ones, so there’s really no downside to going this route if you want to sprinkle these around your home on a budget.
Working at a coffee shop or in an economy airplane seat doesn’t usually come with the expectation of privacy, but that’s exactly what the Moose laptop bag gives you, and then some.
When it’s closed, the Moose looks like pretty much any compact laptop bag, albeit a very attractive one. Once you open it up though, two panels can fold out and snap to the side of the bag, creating, effectively, a private nook for your laptop with tons of storage space and pockets for accessories. It may look a little silly, but if you don’t want your seat mate peeking at your screen, it’ll definitely get the job done.
My favorite little touch is the Moose’s USB charging port. Stick a USB battery pack into the pocket at the back of the bag and plug in the built-in USB cord, and it’ll pass the power through to a USB port on left flap. It’s not completely necessary, but it is really cool.
A few early bird preorders are available for $109, after which preorders will go up to $140 (sorry, we didn’t get the sample until yesterday evening). It’s expected to retail for $199 when it comes out early next year though, so you’re getting a solid deal either way by preordering.
Anker’s original SoundBuds were our readers’ favorite affordable Bluetooth headphones, but they’ve since spawned an entire line of earbuds to fit every budget and lifestyle.
The SoundBuds Curve are the newest addition to the family, and are designed with active users in mind. Their ear wings ensure they stay put while you exercise, and an internal hydrophobic coating means your sweat won’t fry them. Their best spec though? 12.5 hours of battery life, which is fantastic for Bluetooth earbuds. They normally sell for $36, but you can get them for an all-time low $26 right now, no code necessary.
If you’re one of the <squints at tech blogs and Apple Twitter> 18 or so people who are getting an iPhone X this Friday, or if you already own a phone with Qi charging, Anker’s offering our readers an exclusive discount on their PowerPort 5 charging pad. Just use promo code KINJA556 at checkout to get it for $14.
VPNs are in the news these days, and with good reason. So if you’re curious to sign up and start protecting your browsing history and personal data (or, you know, getting around websites’geoblocks), NordVPN charges less per month than a typical trip to Starbucks.
NordVPN has long been one of the most popular and reliable VPN providers out there, and if you sign up for a one-year membership, promo code VIP70 will drop your annual price from $69 to $48. If you’re sure you want to commit, use this link instead to get a special two year plan for $79 with code 2YSpecial2017. Lifehacker has recommended Nord in some previous guides, but if you have any firsthand experience with the service, sound off in the comments!

RTIC’s Soft Packs are our readers’ favorite coolers, and the newly redesigned models are back on sale for the first time in months, if you’ve had them on your wish list, or if you want to give them as a gift this holiday season.
The smallest RTIC 20, which can hold 20 cans plus ice, is down to just $82, the best price we’ve ever seen. The RTIC 30 is within about $1 of an all-time low, and the massive RTIC 40 is down to the best price in months.
I personally own the 20, and I can tell you from experience that they really do keep ice frozen for days on end, but they hardly ever get discounts, so don’t miss this opportunity.
Saliva-based ancestry DNA tests probably won’t tell you anything profound, but they can be fun, and make great gifts, so you may want to pick up 23andMe’s for $30 off today.
Fried foods are delicious. Fried foods will kill you. These are the laws of our cruel existence, and generally-speaking, there’s no avoiding them. But this Black & Decker air fryer uses convection to achieve fried-like crispiness using no oil at all. Are the results as delicious as the real thing? Probably not, but if you believe the reviews, it comes pretty damn close.
Have any big painting projects in your future? These Wagner spray painters from Home Depot will help you cover the job in a fraction of the time when compared to traditional rollers and brushes. They’re selling between 15% and 30% off today only (which comes out to about a $10 - $20 discount when compared to the Amazon prices) for today only.
Get a close up view of up to 30% off select Barska binoculars and safes. This deal only last for day!
Burt’s Bees makes more than just your favorite lip balm. This five-piece gift set features a bunch of grooming gear for men, and it’s never been cheaper than $20.
You have a lot of options when it comes to airtight food storage containers, but Progressive’s Prepworks models are unique in that they each include a special tool designed for a specific purpose. For example, the flour container has a built-in leveling bar, and the brown sugar container has a terra cotta disc built into the lid to keep your sugar from drying out.
Today, you can get a complete set of six containers (flour, brown sugar, powdered sugar, coffee, and two mini containers) for $36, an all-time low by a full $9.
It’s decorative gourd copper string light season, and we are here for it. Get a 20' strand with 60 LEDs and a remote to control it for just $7 with code BXJWREBN.
These silk screen-printed patent posters would make awesome gifts. With about 50+ posters to check out, they have something for everyone - like a Batmobile, a Gameboy, guitars, and cameras, all available in chalkboard, blue grid, and white grid. At just $15 a piece, it’s hard to not get more than one.
We’ve posted a lot of deals lately on these coccyx seat cushions, but $15 is one of the best prices we’ve seen to date. These will improve posture and ease back pain in any chair where you spend a lot of time, from the office to the car to a long flight.
TOP LIFESTYLE DEALS
If the colder air is drying out your skin, snag one of this sensitive-skin-friendly CeraVe moisturizer for $10 (normally priced ~$16). It’s my personal favorite moisturizer because it absorbs quickly and doesn’t feel greasy. But you don’t have to take my word for it, with 8,000 reviews and a 4.6-star rating, a lot of people are big fans.
Sephora isn’t known for their discounts and deals like other retailers, but they’re trying something new this year with their Weekly Wow deals. Every Thursday, Sephora will drop a bunch of deals and offers for one week only. This week features:
- Tarte Aquacealer Concealer
- Smashbox Matte Exposure Palette
- CoverFX The Perfect Light Highlighting Powder
- Perricone MD Overnight Radiance & Renewal
- Perricone MD High Potency Prescription
- Perricone MD Glow on the Go
- T3 PROi Professional Hair Dryer
Sorel is one of your favorite winter boot brands, and the Tofino was the one to beat. But if you were looking for something a little different from Sorel, this Pre-Black Friday sale is for you. Take up to 60% off some of the top selling boot styles, plus some really nice looking outerwear, with promo code SORNOV60.
First Aid Beauty is the solution to pairing down your skin care, and right now, everything is 20% off with the code FABFF. Their Ultra Repair Cream is at the top of a lot of Best Beauty lists and half my friends use their Coconut Skin Smoothie Primer. Plus, a lot of what they carry is safe for sensitive skin, which is especially important in the summer.
I like small, front pocket wallets. I also like to carry a lot of cards, plus some cash. These two desires are usually in conflict, but the Strapo wallet (currently on Kickstarter) can satisfy both.
The front of Strapo features two quick-access slots for your most used cards, and the back has a sturdy elastic strap to hold cash, keys, and even coins without fear of them falling out. The star of the show here though is the top, which opens up to hold the rest of your cards. They say it can hold six, but I crammed 10 into the top of my demo unit. I definitely wouldn’t recommend more than that, but I’m a credit card hoarder, so I think most of you should be fine.
But how do you get those cards out, if they’re tucked all the way inside the wallet? With the strap(o), of course. Just pull on the little elastic tab at the top of the wallet, and the entire pile of cards pops out for you to grab.
For a limited time, you can preorder a Strapo for $23, or two for $39 (with some higher reward tiers available as well), with expected delivery in December.

For better or worse, our lives exist largely in the cloud these days, and that shows no signs of changing. So if you want to understand how it works, and maybe even find gainful employment managing those massive server racks, Humble’s latest book bundle is here to help.
Pay what you want to download DRM-free ebooks that teach you about Azure, AWS, and more. You can get get all 16 titles for as little as $15, or fewer books at two lower price tiers.
TOP GAMING DEALS
Whenever I go back to my parents’ house for family get-togethers, Gobblet is our game of choice, at least until we start drinking and playing Cards Against Humanity. It’s like Tic-Tac-Toe, if Tic-Tac-Toe involved strategy, memory, and could take over 15 minutes per game. It rarely dips below $20, so you should buy it today.
Add something from Amazon collectible Gold box to your own collection or find one that would make the perfect gift. This deal only last until the end of the day and I expect some, if not most, of these will sell out so don’t delay!
Update: Now available from Amazon too, in addition to GameStop.
We thought the days of $40 PlayStation Plus sales were behind us, but lo, here it is at GameStop. If your membership is due to expire soon, or hell, even if it isn’t, you’ll want to take advantage of this.
The Humble Monthly subscription plan delivers you a selection of new games (to keep!) every month, gives you 10% off everything in the Humble Store, and donates 5% of each month’s proceeds to charity.
This month, they’re kicking things off with H1Z1, plus some free loot boxes, in addition to whatever indie games they roll out throughout the month. These gamesare yours to keep with any level membership, even if you cancel it later, so there’s not much downside here.
