Today's Best Gaming Deals: The Witcher 3, $300 Xbox One Bundle, More

Now that The Witcher 3 has a glowing Kirk Hamilton review under its belt, I’d say it’s officially safe to preorder if you haven’t already. It’s not a huge discount, but Amazon is selling PS4 digital downloads for $54 today, which is the best deal you’re likely to see on the console version between now and May 19. We see plenty of bundle deals on the Xbox One, but if your objective is to spend the smallest amount of money possible, this deal is tough to beat. No tax for most. [Xbox One Halo: The Master Chief Collection Bundle, $300]

Depending on your priorities, Dell’s bundle that we mentioned yesterday might be a better bet. Just make sure you see the $100 promo gift card in your cart when you check out. [Xbox One + 3 Games + $100 Promo Gift Card, $380]

Need a gift for the Zelda fan with everything? The Zelda Prima Game Guide Box Set is down to $91 on Amazon day, if you’re willing to wait out a backorder. The set includes six guides in a treasure chest box, plus a certificate of authenticity and a laser-etched metallic bookmark. [The Legend of Zelda Box Set: Prima Official Game Guide, $91]

Note: It’s listed as temporarily unavailable on Amazon, but you should still be able to order it at this price. They’ll ship you one as soon as they get more in stock.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is one of the deepest games in the 3DS’s vast library, and you can save $10 on your copy today. [Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, $30]

Today’s Amazon Gold Box deal purports to be “travel accessories,” but really it’s just full of great deals on gear and gadgets you could use anyway.

The most exciting deal for me is the Eneloop Pro Power Pack, which includes 8 rechargeable AA batteries, 2 AAAs, and a charger. In case you aren’t familiar, Eneloops were your favorite rechargeable batteries by a long shot, and the Eneloop Pros are basically higher capacity models (though they have fewer recharge cycles). The whole kit weighs in at $35, which is the lowest price ever by over $20. I don’t expect that one to last through the day.

Moving on, it’s tough to beat a 1TB portable hard drive for $50, but if you double the price, you’ll get one with Wi-Fi, which allows mobile devices to access its contents. The $13 travel router can come in handy at conferences and hotel rooms with spotty Wi-Fi, and the $18 Bluetooth speakers come in multiple colors, and are cheap enough to buy on a lark.

That’s all just the beginning though, so check out the full list, and remember, these prices are only available today, or until sold out. [Amazon]

It’s time to dust off your PS3, because Sony just kicked off a flash sale with dozens of great games for under $5, including the complete Mass Effect trilogy and Borderlands 2. Head over to PSN for the full list. [PS3 Flash Sale]

Samsung’s 850 EVO SSD is the most popular SSD on the market, and the beefy 1TB model dropped over $40 overnight down to $336, an all-time low on Amazon. [Samsung 850 EVO 1TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD, $336]

Monoprice is offering another 10% off sitewide sale, and the belle of the ball is definitely the Monoprice Crystal Pro 28” 4K monitor for $400 with code PREM10. That’s one of the lowest prices we’ve ever seen for a 60Hz 4K display, and a great buy if your computer can support it. I did a lot of personal research into this monitor a few months back, and was one discount away from pulling the trigger before a deal on a Dell alternative caught my eye. [Monoprice CrystalPro 28” 4K Monitor, $400 with code PREM10]

The same PREM10 promo code will work sitewide, so if you need any cables, speakers, keyboards, action cameras, or other peripherals, today’s a good day to stock up. [Monoprice]

If you’re in the market for a reliable portable hard drive, the ever-popular WD My Passport Ultra 2TB is back down to $80 right now, matching an all-time low. [Western Digital My Passport Ultra Black 2 TB, $80]

The PlayStation Gold Wireless Headset is one of our most requested deals, and Rakuten has once again marked it down to $70 today, which is about as cheap as it ever gets. [PS4/PS3 Gold Wireless Headset, $70]

The wired Silver model is also down to $30 today. [PlayStation Silver Wired Stereo Headset, $30]
