We’ve seen our fair share of USB power receptacle deals, but this $10 model from iClever is the most affordable option yet. Half the things you plug in these days probably plug into USB, so it just makes a ton of sense to install these around your house. Just make sure you know what you’re doing.
No matter how many power strips you own, you probably always find yourself wishing you had one more. So while this APC 8-Oultet Surge Protector with USB Ports may not be a flashy, exciting buy, but it’s a super useful one.
Aside from the obvious appeal of surge protection, it’s got nice features like USB charging to free up the traditional ports, and the layout allows you to plug in several of those huge, blocky power bricks without sacrificing the entire strip. It’s probably not the best way you could ever spend $18, but it’s pretty high on the list.
If you missed out on the 20% Black Friday and Cyber Monday discount, you can still save $15 on a $100 iTunes gift card from Amazon today with promo code ITUNES15. Use it for apps. Use it for Apple Music. Use it for iCloud storage. It’s basically $15 worth of free content and services that you were going to pay for anyway.
In gaming, try-hard players see victory as more important than having fun. They see casual gaming as a detriment to their kill-death ratio. They mean business because gaming is serious business. Ladies and gentlemen, this $800 monitor is the embodiment of that spirit.
This 34.1-inch Alienware AW3418DW curved monster rocks a 21:9 aspect ratio, up to 120Hz refresh rate, 4ms response time, Nvidia G-Sync technology, and most importantly—RGB lighting.
While $800 may seem like a lot, this current price is $30 cheaper than the lowest it’s ever been listed. But that shouldn’t matter... if you take your gaming seriously.
Reminiscent of Buckminster Fuller’s geodesic domes, Norton’s futuristic-looking Core router is marked down to $100 on Amazon. Aside from geometric sexiness, this router offers all the benefits of a modern router (e.g., 802.11ac/WiFi 5, parental controls, and app-based management) plus Norton’s security package.
Routinely offered at $150, this is the lowest price we’ve ever seen on this model. But after a year, you’ll have to cough up more cash ($99 per year) to continue receiving protection from Norton. Regardless of whether you choose to continue with the security plan, $100 is a steal for solid, attractive router and a year’s worth of protection.
Your car is a great place for a wireless charger, but if you use GPS, audio streaming, and crank your screen to full brightness while you drive, a 5W Qi charger might not quite keep up with your device’s battery drain.
Enter Anker’s PowerWave, one of the first Qi car mounts to support 7.5W wireless charging for iPhones, the maximum possible speed. It also supports 10W charging for compatible Android phones, though that’s less rare. It’s down to an all-time low $36 with now with promo code ANKER005.
The only catch is that you’ll need a Quick Charge 3.0 charger to enable the 7.5W charging speeds (par for the course for these chargers, oddly enough), but this one from RAVPower is pretty affordable, and even has a $2 coupon available.
Any competitive gamer worth her salt considers three main things when shopping for a monitor: refresh rate, response time, and price. This $160 Dell D2719HGF delivers on all three.
This 27-inch LED monitor, sold by Newegg’s eBay storefront, offers a 144Hz refresh rate and fast 2ms response time thanks to its TN panel. Sure 4K would have been nice but when you’ll want your graphics settings to low to maximize performance, it’s hard to pass it up. (Consider that it’s $20 less than Amazon’s current price, which is the lowest they’ve ever listed.)
Let’s be frank: This isn’t the laptop you’ll bring home to your parents. It’s certainly not one you’ll want to be seen with at a coffee shop.
This $660 15-inch Asus gaming laptop is one you’ll hide in your bedroom and spend long hours with—performing some tactical crouching and, regrettably, a few C9s. Because ignoring its faults (the red-and-black, aggressive design), this is a solid gaming machine with at an affordable price tag ($70 less on eBay than the lowest Amazon has ever offered).
With a GTX 1050Ti graphics card, 8GB of RAM, Intel Core i5-8300H 2.30 GHz processor, and an acceptable 1TB hybrid drive, it’s a ready-and-willing companion on your desk or bed. (Oh, at it’d pair nicely with this headset.)
If you’ve ever needed an 8TB external hard drive, it’s probably now. It could be a great gift for family members who don’t back up their files. You could use it to store all the video games you bought on Black Friday. It can hold all of the holiday movies you downloaded from...places. $125 is the best deal ever on this Seagate desktop drive, and one of the best deals we’ve ever seen on a drive of this capacity.
The previous generation Kindle Paperwhite is the best e-reader for almost everyone, and at $80, it’s a no-brainer for bookworms traveling during the ongoing holiday season.
It’s missing the waterproofing found in the latest version, but the $50 savings isn’t something papyrophobiacs should skim over. Especially when you consider this version still holds thousands of books and can last weeks on a single charge.
Anker’s newest PowerPort wall charger is its smallest one yet, and you can grab two of them for just $13 on Amazon today with promo code ANKERWBF.
The PowerPort Mini isn’t much bigger than the power brick that came with your iPhone, but it includes folding plugs, two ports, and 12W of power rather than just 5W. Literally everything about it is better.
That power is split between the two ports, so while it can charge an iPad at full speed if it’s the only thing plugged in, it’ll drop down to half speed if you plugged in a second device. But even so, that’s perfectly fine for overnight charging, and this thing is small enough to fit in any bag.
I couldn’t really tell you why the Jackery Battery Backup Powerpro 500 is being billed as a CPAP accessory. Like okay, yes, it does that, but that seems like a really narrow market compared to all the other things reviewers mention using it for. Just a few examples: Running air mattress pumps, generating electricity for TVs on the go, getting juice to a small fridge, powering astronomy equipment. IKR? Totally more useful than the name lets on. At today’s all-time low price of $400 (it’s normally $600 or more), you might just want to grab one — there’s no telling what future adventures you could have where it’ll come in handy.
Yi makes our readers’ favorite budget action cams, and you can capture your next adventure for under $50 with today’s deal on the Yi Lite. Because you never know when you might go viral.
Compared to the original Yi Action Cam, the Yi Lite adds a 2" touchscreen, 4K/15FPS recording, and improved 2+ hour battery life. At $46 on sale, it’s a no-brainer upgrade for the screen alone, which helps you line up your shots, and also makes it much easier to change the camera’s settings.
Amazon sells a ton of affordable tech essentials under its AmazonBasics brand, and dozens of them (including some surprises) are on sale right now for Cyber Monday.
Your basic essentials like rechargeable AA batteries, USB-C cables, and Velcro cable ties are here, as you’d expect, but did you know AmazonBasics has a UPS power supply? An LED mouse pad? A cool retractable Lightning cable? Yeah, me either. Be sure to head over to Amazon to see all of the deals; chances are there’s something you can use.
It’s 2018. It’s time for your lighting to do more than just turn off and on. At the very least, you should be able to control it with a smart device. Amazon is currently discounting a number of Philips Hue bulbs that can do just that, so you can join the rest of us here in the 21st century. Or, if you’ve already got the basics, there’s also a deal to be had on the ambient lightstrip, so you can really lean into that futuristic Blade Runner vibe. Except, hopefully, for the bleak post-apocalyptic overtones.
It’s no secret that our readers love Anker products, so we worked with them to line up exclusive deals on rarely-discounted products, reader favorites, and items we recommended in our holiday gift guides. Just be sure to note the promo codes, and let us know what you got (or anything else you might want a deal on...) in the comments.
All of the deals are above, but I should make special note the two most popular items. The PowerCore Fusion is one of my favorite products (not “Anker products”...just “products”) ever. It’s a wall charger that doubles as a USB battery pack, and the battery recharges itself whenever it’s plugged into the wall. Most USB battery packs require you to bring a spare wall charger and a cable to recharge them, but this just refills while it charges your gadgets at night. I never take a trip without it. At $21 (with code KINJAFS6), it’s a must-buy.
And it can’t be overstated how popular SoundBuds Slims are with our readers. The won our Co-Op because of their solid battery life, tiny design, and strong magnets that hold them together around your neck when not in use. Get them for $21 with promo code KINJAH325.
And while it’s not cheap at $100 (with promo code KINJAPD5), the USB-C Power Delivery battery pack is insanely useful for keeping laptops and Nintendo Switches charged up on long flights. And unlike most USB-C PD battery packs, this one is encased in premium aluminum, and comes with a USB-C wall charger that you can use with all of your USB-C gadgets.
If you haven’t found the right TV deal for you this Deals Week, Walmart just put several new models on sale for Cyber Monday. The sets are definitely on the low end: most lack smart apps and HDR, some aren’t 4K, and even the Samsung is from the company’s entry level 4K lineup. But if you need a spare TV for an extra room in your house, and it doesn’t have to be the best of the best, these are rock bottom prices.
Samsung’s U3-rated microSD cards are some of the fastest and most popular options out there—I have the 128GB model in my own Nintendo Switch—and all four sizes are down to all-time low prices today on Amazon.
The 32GB card is down to a laughably cheap $6, and the 64GB just dropped to $11. The ever-so-slightly-slower SanDisk Ultra cards have even higher capacities on sale, from 200GB all the way up to 400GB, all at all-time low prices.
If you need extra space for your action cam, smartphone, tablet, Switch, or anything else, these are extremely fast cards, and extremely good deals.
Walmart and Esports Arena have their own line of gaming PCs now, and you can save on a couple of the laptops today for Cyber Monday.
$699 gets you a Core i5, a GTX 1050, 8GB of RAM, and a 128GB SSD (paired with a 1TB HDD), or you can spend $1199 to upgrade to a Core i7, GTX 1060, 16GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD. Both computers include 15" 1080p displays with 144hz refresh rates, and even backlit mechanical (!!) keyboards.
That’s a $200 discount in both cases, and the first deal we’ve seen on these machines, both of which qualify for the Intel eSports Pack Bundle, which includes free downloads of games like Paladins and PUBG.
Update: The deals seem to still be available, but you’ll have to clip a coupon, in some cases.
In addition to our reader-exclusive discounts, the RoboVac 30, and the miniature projector deals that we’ve already covered, Anker put all of the following products on sale today for Cyber Monday.
The SoundCore Spirit headphones are noteworthy for featuring Bluetooth 5.0 and an eight hour battery in a tiny package. The $18 wall charger is worth grabbing if you own any USB-C devices (though the Power Delivery port is only 18W), and the PowerCore 13000 battery pack is worth a shout-out, because Anker’s batteries just don’t go on sale that often anymore. Head below for the rest of the deals.
Sugru is right up there with binder clips and the Raspberry Pi in Lifehacker’s pantheon of must-have gear, and you can stock up today with eight packs from Amazon for just $15 or $16 (depending on the color), or about $4-$5 less than usual.
VPNs have been in the news, and whether you want to get around video geoblocks, circumvent proxy filters, or just keep prying eyes out of your browsing data while using sketchy public Wi-Fi, reader-favorite Private Internet Access has a deal to fit your needs.
Private Internet Access doesn’t do much in the way of discounting, but they offer exclusive pricing and packages just for our readers that you won’t find anywhere else. Here are your options, and what you’d pay if you bought the same plan elsewhere:
- One month for $6 | Usually $7
- One year for $35 | Usually $40
- Three years for $90 | Not offered to the general public at all
These deals are only for our readers, but we aren’t sure how long they’ll be available, so go ahead and sign up while you can.
Best Home Deals
Coffee Gator’s popular coffee accessories are getting in on the Gold Box fun today, with savings available on airtight containers, pour-over makers, kettles, and more. Chances are, there’s something in here to fit your kitchen’s decor. These prices will be gone by the end of the day, so don’t sleep on them.
Headed home for the holidays? Nordstrom Rack feels you — and that big bag of gifts you’re planning to haul with you. Prep for your trek and impress your extended family when you roll up to your parents’ house with a ton of stylish Tumi gear, up to 40% off for one day only. White noise machines are great for drowning out your internal monologue about that dumb thing to your boss three jobs ago, or when Stacy turned you down for prom, or when you forgot your lines in front of everyone in the middle school play oh god oh god just let me sleep, brain.
Marpac makes some of the most popular models out there, and three are on sale in today’s Gold Box, along with a Marpac-branded oil diffuser, if that’s more your speed.
The Dohm is almost definitely the most popular white noise machine ever, with over 13,000 Amazon reviews. It’s not a speaker, it’s an actual asymmetric fan that runs at two speeds, but you can also adjust the acoustic housing to change the pitch and volume until you find whatever tone puts you to sleep. At $31, it’s never been cheaper.
Also included in the sale are two speaker-based white noise machines. One wtih 16 sounds (including a facsimile of to Dohm’s fan noise), and a battery-powered portable model that can go in your suitcase.
There comes a time in every young person’s life when he or she must strike out and leave the nest to take up a new dwelling place. When that time comes, owning a basic tool set is a must, and this $49 Stanley Black + Decker 20-Volt MAX* 85-Piece Drill Kit is a solid choice.
Along with a drill and accessories for weekend projects, it includes hand tools you’ll need for everyday tasks, like a hammer, a tape measure, screwdrivers, and a stud finder (maybe it’ll point the way to Chris Hemsworth?). They’re probably not the most high-quality tools on the planet, but they’re a fine starter collection for a fledgling adult adapting to a new native habitat.
Keychain multitools were put on this Earth to be given out as stocking stuffers, and you can grab a bunch of the 5-in-1 Kershaw Pubs for just $11 each. Each one can be used as a screwdriver, a pry bar, a key chain, a bottle opener and a small knife, and according to Kershaw, it’s “safe for use at a pub while hanging out with friends.” Let’s just hope you don’t have to use the knife in that scenario.
‘Tisn’t the season for outdoor furniture, but if you have a heated patio, or just want to save on some furniture now that you can enjoy come spring, Amazon’s offering terrific prices on highly rated Keter outdoor furniture today. That includes planters, seating, shelving, entire sheds, and even fun stuff like poufs and this standing bar table with a built-in ice bucket.
These prices are only available today though, so don’t let the sun go down on this deal.
No mere human can split logs quite like Captain America, but with the right axe, you can get pretty close. Let the Fiskars x27 36" Super Splitting Axe do that for you.
The balance, blade geometry, and power-to-weight ratio are all designed to give you maximum efficiency, so you can feel like a superhero as you chop firewood. Now all you need is a thematic costume and a global disaster to prevent.
Cooking is enough work without having to worry about keeping your pans in good condition. You shouldn’t have to be overly precious with objects designed for use with fire and knives.
While you’re nodding in agreement, click on over and add the Gotham Steel 12-Piece Nonstick Frying Pan and Cookware Set to your cart for $99, and enjoy the freedom that comes with pots and pans you can stick in the dishwasher. The titanium ceramic coating supposedly keeps anything from sticking, but that sounds too good to be true; maybe try making your own Christmas candy in them and report back?
Especially during the bleak winter months, it feels good to have something green in your home. These sets of succulents — one features five different aloe plants, while the other includes a variety of four succulents plus a bonus crystal for ~good vibes~ — are both on sale for $12, and they don’t need much sunlight or water, giving them a solid chance of surviving the frigid months ahead. Plus, they make for nice plant children to nurture while all other flora is cold and dead outside.
You’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch, but at least you’re nice to your dog. Give the Max to your Grinch the treat he deserves this Christmas with this Limited Edition Grinch BarkBox, now on sale for $25 at Amazon. Very good dogs/makeshift reindeer can enjoy beef and turkey treats, and chew on plush Grinch and Fred the Reindeer toys. Plus, your small heart is sure to grow three sizes the day you gift this box to your canine companion.
Your body has a lot to deal with this time of year. There’s the stress of the holidays, the germs you’ll encounter from being around more sick people than usual, and the dry air you’re breathing in heated environments.
Give yourself a fighting chance at staying healthy with the Honeywell True HEPA Air Purifier, $150 at Walmart and Amazon.
Sucking the dust and allergens out of the air won’t work miracles, but it may give your immune system just enough of a break to get you through the winter without succumbing to illness. If nothing else, your sinuses will probably thank you, and you’ll likely be breathing a little easier.
A big-ass tool set is a perfect gift for the handy person (or aspiring handy person) in your life, and this six-tool combo kit from DEWALT is cheaper than ever for the holidays.
$350 gets you a drill/driver, an impact driver, two different saws, a work light, and, uh, a Bluetooth speaker, along with two batteries and a tool bag. This is the year you put in the new porch, you swear, just as soon as the ground thaws, honestly.
I’ll just be straight with you — you need the Tacklife 12-Volt Tire Inflator. It features a flashlight for actual nighttime roadside emergencies, and the three adapter nozzles make it super versatile; it’ll pump up your bike tires, balls for all kinds of sports, pool floats in the summer, and whatever other inflatables you throw at it.
You’re also unlikely to find a similar device for less: Clip the $5 coupon on the page and apply coupon code 34RRW677 at checkout for a final price of just $9. But do it quick! This deal will probably go bust quicker than an overfilled air mattress.
If there’s one surefire way to make sure your holiday party goes down in holiday party history, it’s by featuring a chocolate fountain, the one dessert whose lure not even the Grinch-iest guest can resist. And now, you can snag this Wilton Chocolate Pro for just $44. At 16 inches tall, this waterfall of deliciousness would make for a perfect party centerpiece, and it holds up to 4 pounds of melted chocolate, which sounds like a good amount to me. And hey, if you want to start breaking this thing out for occasions other than parties — like, say, Wednesdays — no judgement whatsoever.
Not every product needs a lot of fancy advertising copy. If you don’t use ratcheting screwdrivers, no commercial will make you want one. But if you do, you can tell that the Wera Kraftform Kompakt 27 Slotted Ratcheting Screwdriver is where it’s at.
It features a magnetic tip and integrated bit storage, and reviewers say it works smoothly and holds up to heavy use. What more could you ask? It’s totally worth a look at today’s $31 price, and that’s pretty high praise for a simple hand tool.
If you haven’t seen much of the UK and Ireland, this discounted nine-night vacation from TripMasters will give you a great taste of both countries, with all of your transport included.
Starting at just $1119 (prices vary by date and departure city), you’ll spend three nights each in London, Edinburgh, and Dublin, with all of your flights and hotels included in the price. This isn’t a a guided tour; you set your own itinerary, and you can even add nights to any or all of the cities if you want.
Lifehacker’s published guides to all three cities, but drop your own suggestions in the comments.
It’s 2018, and your vacuum shouldn’t have a cord anymore. Dyson’s cordless V-series stick vacs have long been go-to cordless options, but the powerful new V10 is arguably the first that can truly, completely replace a corded vacuum, at least for smaller homes.
We haven’t really seen any discounts on the V10 since its release in March, but Amazon’s now offering the powerful Animal configuration for an all-time low $379, down from the original $600 selling price, and the best price ever by $70. This model doesn’t include the soft cleaning head of the Absolute model, but it has a larger bin and more accessories than the entry level Motorhead, which is only a few bucks cheaper right now. All of the V10s include the same 60 minute (!!) battery, and the same powerful motor.
Not so long ago, I thought all blenders were pretty much the same. But that turns out not to be the case, as Big Blender is continually developing new technology to make sure they can keep selling their goods. For example, the Nutri Ninja with Auto-iQ & FreshVac Technology, $60 at Walmart and Amazon, features a pump that removes oxygen before you blend, so the resulting concoction stays good longer. That seems kind of like overkill when you’re working with a single-serve machine, but what do I know? I wasn’t even aware that less foam in your drink was a positive selling point until just now.
Here’s a deal to get your tail wagging: If you have a pet and you sometimes need to buy things for said pet, there’s a pretty good chance it’s on sale now thanks to Chewy’s Cyber Deals. Fetch up to 50% off a range of pet essentials, from food to treats to toys, plus a good amount of items are buy one, get one — just note the deal on each listing in green, and use the sidebar to filter for your pet’s preferences. But hurry, this sale won’t sit...staaaaay around for long.
A good tool set is hard to find, but choosing to take advantage of the deal on this one is easy: The very positively reviewed 170-piece Crescent Mechanics Tool Set is back down to its lowest price ever of $78. And not to throw a wrench in your day, but there’s no telling how long this deal will last, so be sure to purchase yours ASAP.
Wayfair’s Cyber Week sale is here, and it is massive. You can save big on a laundry list of home decor items like wall art, area rugs, sheets & comforters, sofas, mattresses, dining room furniture, and more.
There’s so many items to look through, so make some time in your schedule. If you’re needing some place to start, I like this mid-century modern coffee table, wild flower center piece, and industrial-style platform bed.
This sale ends Monday at midnight, so head on over to Wayfair to see it all for yourself. Let us know about your favorite finds in the comment section!
If you still don’t have an Instant Pot in your kitchen (or want a second; it’s not that crazy!), it may be time to grab the 8 qt. DUO model for $80. That’s not quite as cheap as Black Friday, but it’s a great deal if you cook for large groups.
In addition to pressure cooking (which is a miracle), this is also our readers’ favorite slow cooker, and one of their favorite rice cookers too. To put it simply, it’s one of the most versatile kitchen gadgets you can own.
Instant Pot’s official 6 qt. nonstick inner pot is also on sale for $15, down from the usual $15. You don’t need it, but it’s a nice extra.
Anker’s Eufy RoboVac line has been a hit with our readers, to say the least, and now you can score the lowest price ever on the powerful RoboVac 30.
The RoboVac 30 is the same size as the new RoboVac 11s (which is to say, it’s very thin), but has stronger suction (1500Pa vs. 1300, and for comparison, the old RoboVac 10 only had 400), and includes guide strips that you can lay down anywhere in your home (like in front of cords on the ground) to warn the vacuum to steer clear.
The $200 list price is already $70 less than usual, and would be an all-time low on its own, but promo code KINJA217 will save you an extra $10 at checkout.
No matter how great your kitchen knives are, they all need some tender loving care from time to time. This $7 Lansky BladeMedic includes two v-sharpeners, a fold-out sharpening rod, and a ceramic sharpening edge for serrated knives, all in a handheld package that can fit into any kitchen drawer.
This thing amazingly has a 4.6 star review average from over 3,000 customers, and it’s sold out within a few hours pretty much every time we’ve posted it at this price, so I wouldn’t wait.
Firstleaf is an online wine club that learns your preferences, offers tons of options, and most importantly, saves you money compared to buying from the store. It’s a solid deal any time, but it’s even better for our readers from now through Cyber Monday.
Every new Firstleaf member gets an introductory delivery with three bottles of wine for just $15, plus $5 shipping. Every box thereafter includes six bottles for $80, plus $10 shipping. If you use this link and promo code Kinja when you sign up though, you’ll get free shipping on every box for your entire first year. That’ll save you over $100 if you get a new box every month.
There are two ways to share your favorite photos with your friends. You can show them on your phone and pray that they don’t start swiping through your gallery, or you can party like it’s 1999 and actually display a physical copy of the photo somewhere in your home. The latter is much safer and more impressive, and it’s not as much of a hassle as you remember thanks to Amazon, where all purchases are as painless as possible. Custom canvas prints there start at just $24, so you can finally hang some art on your walls like a functioning adult. Next on the list: Cooking a meal with pots and pans instead of in the microwave.
Best Clothing & Lifestyle Deals
Save yourself from the stress of picking out the perfect holiday party outfit (with the added bonus of embarrassing your entire family) by opting for an ugly Christmas sweater, the most universally accepted party attire around this time of year. And you won’t even have to spend full-price on one of these monstrosities, thanks to Amazon’s ugly Christmas sweater Gold Box. It includes an abundance of hideous-yet-hilarious options for everyone, but it’s only here for one day, so go find your holiday sweater soulmate now.
Are New Balance sneaks still a status symbol? They were the shoes to have when I was in high school, and the designs are pretty timeless, so I’m guessing they are.
But even if they’re not, they’re good shoes that you’ll get a lot of wear out of, so you shouldn’t have to think twice about picking up a pair of Men’s 574s while Joe’s New Balance Outlet has them on sale for $30 via coupon code 574DEAL. The absolute worst case scenario is that you can just stash them in your closet and wait for the carousel of trends to circle back to them again.
You can always save big at REI Outlet, it’s basically REI’s clearance page, but now you can take an extra 25% off one single item with code 25OUTLET. Some very notable items are included too, like Marmot’s Precip and Minimalist, both of which landed top spots in our Best Rain Coats co-op, while Smartwool is our reader’s favorite everyday men’s sock maker, and has pairs starting at under $10 with this code.
Other deals include outerwear, leggings, flannels, camping gear, and more from your brands like Patagonia, the North Face, and Arc’teryx to name a few. You should never need a reason to get outside, but this extra savings will make it that much easier.
No matter how what method you use to commute, it has drawbacks. Public transportation makes you beholden to other people’s schedules, driving a car forces you to combat traffic and is environmentally unfriendly, and riding a bike means you’ll arrive at the office winded and drenched in sweat.
Or, it used to mean that, until somebody invented the Hyper 700c E-Ride Electric Commuter Bike. You still get the fitness benefits of pedaling, but a motor helps you along when you face a challenging hill or just want to take it easy for a stretch. Such a smart idea! My morning commute is literally less than 100 feet, and I’m still trying to convince myself I don’t need this.
Coziness and warmth is a high priority when it comes to shopping for winter apparel — a fact that Saks Off 5th clearly understands well, considering they’re taking 50% off select “warm & cozy” styles for men and women with promo code COZY50.
Now, it’s important to note that several of the items included in this sale were pretty pricey to begin with (especially the offerings from designer brands like Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, St. John, and Valentino) so the discount doesn’t seem like it will do very much — unless of course, you’re in the market for high-end. But never fear: There are plenty of high-quality, not-so-high fashion sweaters, hats, scarves, and gloves available as well to help warm you up.
Well isn’t this lucky: Bohemian-cool retailer Lucky Brand is still offering a pair of winning Cyber Monday deals: an extra 60% off of their already marked-down sale section, and 50% off all their regular-priced items. So take advantage of this blowout to add to your supply of good jeans, vintage-y tees, and plenty of winter styles. Don’t press your luck by waiting too long, though; today’s the last day to get lucky with this deal.
Nailing a solid smoky eye is one of the most fundamental, yet arduous makeup skills that one can acquire, but Urban Decay’s Naked Smoky Palette makes it flat-out easy. Today, this cult-favorite is just $25, down from its usual price of $54, at Nordstrom Rack.
Like much of the brand’s Naked range, the palette features 12 shades of wearable neutral shadows in both matte and shimmery textures that you will want to use for holiday party season, and they won’t even make you look like a raccoon. Get a palette of your own ASAP before it sells out or the deal goes up in smoke.
This sale will have you feeling blue — in a good way. For today only, Levi’s is taking 40% off their entire site. So now’s the time to swath yourself and everyone you know in denim.
If you’re undecided about which of the iconic jean-maker’s dungarees to choose, take it from our readers: the 511 Commuters are the go-to for men’s styles. As for the ladies, you can’t go wrong with the classic 501.
Good boots are a wintertime necessity, and there’s never been a better time to get your feet into a solid pair from Timberland. The brand has opted to extend their Cyber Monday deals, which means they’re still offering 15% off all orders with promo code GIFTS15. Be sure you’re toes are covered this season and lace up this deal before it gets the boot on December 5.
It’s cold and flu season — not to mention, be around people season — so put the fear of God in germs that venture near your hands. There’s so much Purell on sale on Amazon right now, you could affordably fill a vat and completely submerge your body in hand sanitizer (don’t do that though). Instead, just take advantage of these deals, and ensure that you’re armed with germ killer the next time a rouge cough or sneeze comes hurtling toward you.
REI skips Black Friday every year in favor of enjoying the great outdoors, which is fair. But that doesn’t mean they’ll leave you in the lurch when it comes to savings. The outdoor retailer is getting a jump on Cyber Monday Week by taking up to 40% off a huge range of their stock — prices on everything from tents and outwear, to car racks and water bottles are getting slashed. Most of these deals will last through December 2, but a few will be hitting the road on Monday, so it’s probably a good idea to grab what you want now.
If you’re having trouble sleeping, suffering from anxiety, or having trouble sleeping because you’re suffering from anxiety, Sunday Scaries CBD gummies could help. Jolie Kerr shared her thoughts on them for The Inventory, and now, our readers can save 15% for the always-stressful holiday season with promo code kinja15.
That applies to the regular gummies, the vegan versions, and the pure CBD tincture, with extra savings available if you buy in bulk, so your wallet can rest as easy as you will.

Let’s be honest: We were going to buy this book even if there wasn’t a deal on it. But Michelle would certainly want you to take advantage of one if there was, right? The hardcover is down to a new all-time low $15 on Amazon right now.
Plus, you can still get a $5 discount if you spend $20 on books using promo code NOVBOOK18, which means you can add a $5ish book to your order, and effectively get it for free. Thanks, Obama.
Breath of the Wild is one of the greatest games ever made, so we’ll forgive Nintendo for spiking the football with a ~400 page hardcover compendium full of design artwork, commentary about the game’s development, and a history of the Breath of the Wild’s take on Hyrule.
The book only just came out, but its price has been chopped down like so many blades of grass to an all-time low $19 today. That’s not a lot of rupees for an incredible gift for any Nintendo fan.
Akira is one of those films that should be in every anime movie fan’s collection, and Amazon’s knocked the 25th Anniversary Blu-ray down to $10 today for Cyber Monday, the best price we’ve ever seen. Come for the gorgeous animation, stay for the “Hypersonic” 24-Bit, 192kHz Dolby remaster of the Japanese Audio Track.

If you devour books the way a pygmy shrew eats (constantly, as if your life depends on it), Kindle Unlimited was designed for you. Until November 30, new customers can give it a 3-month whirl for only $1 — a massive savings and a rare discount that only the library can beat. (Be aware that you’ll automatically start paying the regular rate of $10/month if you don’t cancel at the end of the trial.) With access to more than a million ebooks and audiobooks, you’ll never run out of new material to consume.

Kingston’s HyperX Cloud II is one of your favorite gaming headsets, and you can get your own, or give it as a gift, for just $70 today. That’s a whopping $30 off the regular price, and the best deal we’ve seen in a couple of years.
It’ll will work on PC, Xbox One, PS4, or even Switch, and features full 7.1 surround sound (on PC and Mac only), which means you can hear people sneaking up on you while you hide in a bathtub in PUBG.
On the surface, soccer seems like an easy sport to master: You just run and kick a ball. But in reality, only a handful of humans will ever be truly exceptional at futbol.
You’re far more likely to achieve excellence at FIFA 19 for Xbox One or PlayStation 4, and right now the game is only $29 at Walmart. (Stock is fluctuating, so ordering for in-store pickup is probably your best bet — who wants to pay $6 for shipping, anyway?) Before you know it, you’ll be scoring enough GOOOOOOOALS to keep Andrés Cantor busy for life.
The last thing I need in my house is another toy set with lots of tiny pieces to get lost, but the Playmobil Pharaoh’s Pyramid is so neat that I’m considering buying it anyway. Like, I probably wouldn’t at the regular $80 price, but it’s awfully tempting at $38.
It comes with fun figures like skeletons and a mummy, and it would be good for reenacting some of the levels from Eternal Darkness while you come to terms with the fact that the sequel is probably never going to happen. Alternatively, let your kids play with it while you give them their first taste of The Bangles.
The Easy-Bake Oven has gotten an upgrade in the Ultimate Baking Star Edition. The modern new design is one thing, but the biggest change is an actual electric heating element. No more cooking with light bulbs! It’s perfect for an aspiring Top Chef Junior or MasterChef Junior or Super Best Most Amazing Chef Junior to flex those baking skills, since the miniature size batches will keep you from drowning in cookies and cakes. Just don’t be surprised if you still have to issue two or three reminders to clean up the dishes.
When the weather outside is frightful—there’s nothing better than playing board games with a group of friends and family.
Bloodborne: The Card Game promises to be a dark, fun team-based romp, and you can add it to your collection for just $22 on Amazon.
Set in the world of the video game that shares its name, 3 to 5 players work as a team to survive the throngs of monsters and villains sent their way. And unlike Settlers of Catan or Monopoly, you’ll likely walk away without any bruised egos or real-life blood feuds.
Board games are super fun, but they take up a lot of real estate when your collection reaches a certain size. Humble Bundle knows that we don’t all have space for a giant cabinet of amusements, so they’ve created a digital assemblage to entertain you and take up zero room (except in your Steam library, but that’s already overflowing, so a few new additions won’t hurt). For $1, they’ll give you seven ports of games like Harald and Agricola for platforms ranging from Android to Mac. Pay $7 or more to unlock 11 more games, including Pandemic and Splendor. I’m not entirely sure about the logistics of having friends over for game night when you have to sit in front of a computer to play, but I’m sure there’s a way to make it work. The human spirit is predisposed to overcome all kinds of obstacles.
If you want to take your Christmas gifting to the next level, it’s all about theming and accessorizing. Like, if your kid is getting some kind of ride-on vehicle, the Little Tikes Cozy Pumper makes a nice addition to Santa’s sack of toys. For some reason, when you’re a child, pumping gas for real or pretend is thrilling. As an adult, you’ll find the $14 price pretty exciting; this thing is usually $20 or more. It’s the cheapest gas you’ll ever buy!
What better place to store your millions of tiny LEGO bricks than inside one giant LEGO brick? Today, you can stack up on the savings on a smaller, square LEGO Storage Brick for $14 in blue and yellow, or go bigger with the rectangular LEGO Storage Brick in grey for $25. And not only are these the nesting dolls of the LEGO world, but they also stack on top of each other for the ultimate LEGO-ception experience.
DXRacer’s Formula gaming chair has graced many an esports tournament stage in its day, and you can plant your own butt in one for $215 for Cyber Monday. That’s not a small amount of money, but it normally pushes $300, and if you spend a lot of time in a chair for gaming or for work, it’ll be a worthwhile investment.
Kotaku’s Maddy Myers covered the very similar DXRacer Valkyrie in exhausting detail, if you want to give that a read before pulling the trigger.
If there was one more game I was hoping to see in Amazon’s Black Friday board game sale last week, it was Scythe. Lo and behold, it’s now down to $49, within about a buck of its best price ever.
From Board Game Geek:
It is a time of unrest in 1920s Europa. The ashes from the first great war still darken the snow. The capitalistic city-state known simply as “The Factory”, which fueled the war with heavily armored mechs, has closed its doors, drawing the attention of several nearby countries.
Scythe is an engine-building game set in an alternate-history 1920s period. It is a time of farming and war, broken hearts and rusted gears, innovation and valor. In Scythe, each player represents a character from one of five factions of Eastern Europe who are attempting to earn their fortune and claim their faction’s stake in the land around the mysterious Factory. Players conquer territory, enlist new recruits, reap resources, gain villagers, build structures, and activate monstrous mechs.
I’d watch that movie.
With Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft basically created the Netflix of video games, and it’s a great deal at its usual $10 per month. But for a limited time, you can get a gift card for a whole year for just $70.
Xbox Game Pass grants you access to newer releases like State of Decay 2 and Sea of Thieves, as well as classics like KOTOR and all of the Gears of War games. The only catch is that you’ll be auto-renewed at the standard rate after the year is up, but hopefully there will be another deal before that happens, right
