TOP TECH DEALS
Samsung’s quantum dot-powered Q7 TV isn’t exactly easy on the bank account, but it would be a stunning upgrade to your home theater, and you can save $1000 on the 65" Q7F today, courtesy of MassDrop.
You can read all about quantum dots here, but the long and short of it that they’re the backbone of a backlighting technology that can produce OLED-quality images on a less expensive LCD panel.
Okay, so with that background out of the way, Samsung’s 2017 Q-series TVs utilize quantum dots to great effect. That Gizmodo review is about the Q9, rather than the Q7 that’s on sale today, but most of it should apply to either set. The Q7 has fewer local dimming zones and a less-premium industrial design, but it’ll still be the best looking TV you’ve ever owned. The 65" model currently sells for $2800 on Amazon (and that’s an all-time low), but you can get it for $1800 from MassDrop.
One can never have enough flash storage, especially when you can fit 256GB of files on a card the size of your pinkie nail. That’s the biggest, fastest card on the market right now, and MassDrop’s $130 price is about $16 less than the going rate on Amazon right now.
Just note that you do pay a premium for maxing out your capacity here. Amazon currently has a slightly smaller 200GB card for $78.
Chinese electronics firm, LeEco released its first phones in the US late last year, and you can get one for just $199 unlocked, today only.
From Gizmodo:
The LePro 3 is basically a super badass phone with top tier hardware specs. It features a 5.5-inch full HD display, dual-stereo speakers, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 processor, and 4GB of RAM. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera that takes 4K video, an 8-megapixel selfie camera and it comes with 64GB of storage. It has a metal body, fingerprint sensor and Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 technology.
That’s a great deal at its usual $250-$300, and it’s an absolute steal today.
This tailgate season, you can step up your game with this portable battery pack that can power just about anything, including a TV.
Promo code 724BZYOE gets you this Suaoki battery pack for $170, or $40 less than usual. With 20,000mAh and 220 watt hours of capacity, it can recharge phones and tablets several times over, but its built-in AC outlets can also run a small TV for up to several hours, depending on its size and energy efficiency. Just stand up a TV in the back of your car, plug it in here, add a cheap antenna, and you’ve got portable football.
Though it doesn’t include them, you can even plug in some solar panels to recharge it on the go. It won’t be as efficient as just plugging it in, but it’ll extend your runtime without any of the noise or fumes you’d get with a gas generator.
If you’ve ever played around on a vintage typewriter and wondered why they stop making circular keys, you can enjoy the same feel in a mechanical keyboard for $90 today. Just note that this is a Gold Box deal, meaning this price is only available today, or until sold out.
Not all smartwatches are created equal. New Balance’s RunIQ was made for a runners wrist, and right now, you can knock $100 off automatically. Just add it to your cart to see the discount.
Stacked with GPS to keep course, monitor your heart, and the ability to sync with Strava, this can bring your music with you, plus receive and reply to phone notifications (Android-users, rejoice). It also track run time, and has an up to 24-hour battery life. What’s an Apple Watch?
Roku remotes are great for controlling Rokus, and basically useless otherwise. But the Sideclick universal remote attachment is like a sidecar attachment that can add controls for your TV, sound bar, Blu-ray player, and more. $20 is $10 less than usual, and the best price we’ve seen.
Note: If you use the headphone jack on your Roku remote, this will cover it up, which is extremely dumb.
What idiot created this thing and didn’t name it the Power Tower?
This Aukey charger includes 12 AC outlets and six USB ports, so you can plug in all of the things. Just use code AUKEYPS4 at checkout to save $7.
Most mechanical keyboards feature blinking lights, stylized corners, and features geared towards gamers, but Logitech’s K840 wouldn’t draw any sideways glances in an office environment. $60 is as cheap as it ever gets, so go ahead, jump on the clicky key bandwagon.
Anker’s original SoundBuds were our readers’ favorite affordable Bluetooth headphones, but they’ve since spawned an entire line of earbuds to fit every budget and lifestyle.
The SoundBuds Curve are the newest addition to the family, and are designed with active users in mind. Their ear wings ensure they stay put while you exercise, and an internal hydrophobic coating means your sweat won’t fry them. Their best spec though? 12.5 hours of battery life, which is fantastic for Bluetooth earbuds. They normally sell for $40, but you can get them for $33 right now, no code necessary.
iClever’s BoostCube has just about everything you could want in a travel USB charger: Folding prongs, two ports at 2.4A each, 110-240V support for traveling overseas, and an $8 price tag.
VPNs are in the news these days, and with good reason. So if you’re curious to sign up and start protecting your browsing history and personal data (or, you know, getting around websites’ geoblocks), NordVPN charges less per month than a typical trip to Starbucks.
NordVPN has long been one of the most popular and reliable VPN providers out there, and if you sign up for a one-year membership, promo code VIP70 will drop your annual price from $69 to $48. If you’re sure you want to commit, use this link instead to get a special two year plan for $79 with code 2YSpecial2017. Lifehacker has recommended Nord in some previous guides, but if you have any firsthand experience with the service, sound off in the comments!
TOP HOME DEALS
A good oscillating tool isn’t something you’ll pull out every day, but whenever you find that you need to cut or sand something, you’ll be really glad to have it.
Today only, you can get a DEWALT oscillating tool kit with a bunch of accessories for $99, plus a bonus triangular scraping blade for free (normally $15). The tool kit alone is currently listed for $143 without the bundle, and has never sold for less than $104 on Amazon, so you’re getting the best price ever even before accounting for the bonus blade.
There are seemingly dozens of internet mattress companies these days, but Eight Sleep sets itself apart by piling on smart features, and you can try out any of their mattresses for 25% off with promo code KINJA25.
The mattresses themselves are basically what you’ve come to expect from internet mattresses these days: They’re blocks built from multiple layers of different types of foam. With Eight Sleep though, you do get to pick from three different tiers, including one with innersprings that should be more breathable. Whichever mattress you choose, you’ll probably like it just fine, and if you don’t like it, Eight Sleep offers the industry standard 100 night trial period, so you can return it for any reason.
Eight Sleep’s real magic comes from its unique mattress cover, which has smart features built in that you’ll actually want to use. It can track your restfulness, heart rate, and other sleep stats independently for each side of the bed, wake you up with a smart alarm when you’re not deep in a REM cycle, and even integrate with other smart home appliances. So you could conceivably change your thermostat temperature automatically when you get into bed, and start brewing coffee whenever you’re about to wake up.
The best feature though, without question, is dual zone temperature control. Yes, the mattress pad doubles as a smartphone-connected electric blanket to warm each side of the bed independently, which may not seem appealing right now, but you’ll thank the stars for it come winter.
Our exclusive 25% code (again, it’s KINJA25) brings the entry-level mattress down to $449 for a queen (far less than the equivalent Casper), or $599 with the smart mattress cover.
Birders, sports fans, stargazers...plenty of people could make use of a good pair of binoculars (and we’re not even including creepy people), and Bushnell’s highly rated Ultra HDs have never been cheaper than they are today.
With 10x magnification, a rugged build, and great optics, these binoculars have racked up a 4.6 star review average on Amazon. Just don’t stalk them too long; this deal is only available today.
Flea prevention is one of those things you don’t realize is so expensive until after you get a pet, but you can stock up for $5 off today, courtesy of Amazon. Coupons are available for both Advantage II for cats and K9 Advantix II for dogs. Just pick the right formulation for your furry friend, and you’ll automatically see a $5 discount at checkout.
If you wish you were someone who made the bed every day, or even some days, SPUN Sheets might be the shortcut you’ve been waiting for, and you can put them on your bed for $165 (queen/full) with a preorder.
Let’s start with the caveats. SPUN sheets are currently only available in white, are sateen (silky and shiny), not percale (more breathable), and don’t undercut the likes of Casper and Brooklinen on price even with the preorder discount.
Still with us? Great.
SPUN fixes the bed-making problem by taking hospital corners to the next level. The SPUN top sheet features a bottom flap that tucks under the foot of your mattress, along with corner seams, which when taken together mean that sheet isn’t going anywhere. There are also side flaps that can be tucked or not, and ensure even if your partner is a filthy sheet thief, that you’ll remain covered throughout the night.
In the morning, because the bottom of the top sheet is in a fixed position, making the bed is as simple as pulling the top of the sheet to the head of the bed.
SPUN also includes sticky elastic on their fitted sheet to keep it in place, and envelope pillowcases to keep your pillows where they belong.
If you’re like me and live in a house without a sprinkler system, watering the lawn isn’t a fun chore. It’s so easy to forget to do it, and then when you do remember you forget to turn it off.
This $20 little gadget is about to solve your problems. Use the programmable timer to set on and off times and forget about it. It’s especially helpful if your area has drought restrictions and designated water times. $20 is pretty much the lowest price we’ve seen outside of some very short-lived coupons.
I don’t think we’ve ever posted a grill this expensive, and I don’t think we ever will again. But amazingly, $1806 is nearly $700 off the regular price of this Weber Summit, and the first discount Amazon’s offered on it since 2012, of any size. So if this tricked out grill has been on your wish list, today is unequivocally the day to buy it.
This is a cheap toaster oven that doesn’t have a million extra features, but does all of those things a toaster oven should - like toast and bake. It’s just $20 after $5 coupon, and that’s just about the lowest price we’ve seen for this model. Plus with almost 4,000 reviews and a 4-star rating, it has to be pretty good at what it does.
Note: Coupon discount is applied at checkout.
We’ve posted a lot of deals lately on these coccyx seat cushions, but $14 is one of the best prices we’ve seen to date, and this particular model is one of Amazon’s top sellers. These will improve posture and ease back pain in any chair where you spend a lot of time, from the office to the car to a long flight.
At $59 (with promo code RLEA8JVJ), this is easily the most affordable sous-vide circulator we’ve ever seen. And while it doesn’t come from a brand you’ve heard of like Anova or Chef Steps, its handful of reviews seem solid. At this price, I think it’s worth rolling the dice.
If you aren’t familiar with sous-vide, Lifehacker has a great explainer of the process here. Spoiler alert: it’s incredible easy, and the results are perfect every time.
Update: Deal expired
Most of the colors of these Kingso water bottles are just $10 today (some are 50 cents more, but we can round), which is the cheapest price we’ve seen.
They look exactly like those Swell bottles but cost 230% less (yeah, I did the math for you). They keep drinks cold for up to 9 hours and hot for up to 18 hours. If it takes you more than 18 hours to drink one cup of coffee, then you need to be honest with yourself, you don’t like coffee.
Update: Back in stock with promo code JIIXM7RT, if you missed it last week.
You don’t need to buy a new car to get a backup camera (which is life-changing, by the way), you just need $82, and a few minutes to run the wires. This model attaches to your license plate, and runs to a special rear view mirror that attaches in front of your existing mirror.
Oh, about that mirror...it has a dash cam built into it! Just pop in a microSD card, and you have a backup camera, plus a dual-lens dash cam to record any accidents.
Need to get your body beach-ready? This resistance band set lets you get a full workout in any room in your house, and at $16 (with code CWITJNXQ), it’s quite a bit more cost-effective than joining a gym.
String lights make every space cozier. This 25-ft set of string lights works indoor and outdoors and is available for just $13 today with code 6O9G6B3M, putting it on par with the lowest price we’ve seen for these.
You guys love the Phillips Light-Up Alarm clock and now you can get this Vansky version for way less money and on par with the lowest price we’ve seen - just $20 with promo code SXJIFYAA.
Pretty similar to the Phillips Alarm Clock, the sunrise simulation feature will slowly brighten starting 30 minutes before your wakeup time, easing you out of sleep so you can gracefully start your day. Then, it will finish the job with your choice of FM radio or nature sounds.
This is pretty much as cheap as these kind of alarm clocks get. Plus, as the days are going to get shorter, we all are going to need a little extra prodding to get out of bed in the mornings.
If you can never remember to turn off your lamp at night, or just want to make your home appear occupied while you’re away on vacation, this programmable digital timer outlet from Etekcity makes it easy. Get it for $10 with promo code 5FLHIQV7.
There are surely more powerful drill/drivers out there, but this 20V model from Black & Decker includes 100 accessories, and a battery that lasts for 18 months all for an all-time low $47. For basic tasks around the house, it’s more than enough.
Say what you will about Keurig, but it makes it easy to try lots of different types of coffee. Today on Amazon, get a sample box with 40 different pods for just $20 (after a 15% coupon at checkout). There are no duplicates in the box, so you can break out of your coffee rut, and also find discover new favorites.
Our readers have bought thousands of Yi’s home security cameras, but today, you can save $12 on the new 1080p model.
Yi now offers an online cloud DVR service that will store seven days of motion detection footage for free, 15 days worth of motion detection footage for $100/year for five cameras, or $100/year per camera to store 15 days worth of all the footage the camera shoots, whether it detected motion or not. That said, you can choose for forego the cloud service altogether, and just store your clips locally on a microSD card. The camera also has two-way intercom and live broadcast built in, so you can check in on your house any time you want.
Just be sure to use promo code YIHOMEST at checkout to save $12.
O’Keefe’s Working Hands is Amazon’s top-selling hand cream, and sports a 4.6 star review average from over 7,500 customers. If you want to see what all the fuss is about, you can pick up two jars for just $10 today.
Update: They’re back! Grab The Genealogy of Wine, The Cocktail Chart of Film & Literature, Splendid Structures of New York City, The Chart of Famous Eyewear, and A Plotting of Fiction Genres for just $10 each with the code 5PRINTS410.
If your spring cleaning doesn’t involve revamping your home goods, what are you even doing? Add some awesome infographics to your walls with these $10 prints from Pop Chart Lab. Choose from five prints (A Visual Compendium of Hockey Jerseys, The Charted Sandwich Board, A Schematic of Structures, A Visual Compendium of Typewriters, and Exceptional Expressions of Espresso) and enter the code $10PRINTS at checkout.
You’ll have to find a way to display them, though, as the poster rails and framing aren’t included.

Pack your stuff in a new Timbuk2 bag during their End of Season Sale. Get 30% off Fall Favorites when you use code FALLFINDS, which include the ever-popular Commute and Command Bags, and make sure your commute is packed well. There’s everything from one of your favorite carry-ons to your favorite laptop bags.
It’s impossible to describe the BioLite CampStove without sounding like a lunatic, but you can actually find some sticks just laying on the ground, toss them into the stove and light them on fire at the push of a button, and then charge your phone with a USB port that’s powered by the heat of the flame. It’s completely insane, and yet it works.
Of course, this also works as a regular old camp stove, and at full power it can boil a liter of water in under five minutes. It also weighs two pounds, and is about the size of a large water bottle, so it won’t take up too much space in your camping bag. Get it for an all-time low $75 from Woot, today only.
Shane looked at the CampStove 2 for Gear, and while that model includes a built-in battery pack, a camp light, and a few other enhancements, I don’t think any of them are worth the price premium during this promotion.
Unless you’re wearing Cole Haans, your dress shoes probably suck, and for ~$152, you change that today.
NobleSole is already shipping some of the shoes featured on their Kickstarter on their own site, but if you don’t mind a bit of a wait, you can save a pretty penny by preordering.
Truly comfortable dress shoes (and shoes in general) tend to look like hot garbage, but NobleSole’s styles and colors are actually great. Oxblood Monk Straps? Instant buy.
Made at a family-owned factory in Portual, NobleSole’s shoes are comfortable, durable, and insole-friendly. They’re no Cole Haan Laser Wingtip, but they’re half the price, and offer a ton of variety. Fair warning, the tapered toe runs a bit narrow.
The Bouqs is probably the best place to use when sending flowers right now. The bouquets are unique and the blooms are harvested from the side of a freakin’ volcano. And right now, you’ll be able to get double the flowers for free. Just choose the Deluxe size of these select bouquets, use the code DOUBLETROUBLE at check out and get it for the price of the Original size.
Note: Make sure you don’t have a vase added to your order, or the promo code won’t work.
Normally selling for $65 or more, this $55 Osprey backpack at REI is ideal for day trips, airplane carry-on, or taking to work. Osprey is a well-known brand in the backpacking world so you know it will hold up well. We’ve featured a larger Osprey in the past as the best backpack for lightweight travel.
These deal only lasts through today so get it while you can!
When you think of Sperry, you probably think of boat shoes. But they’re also pretty adept at making apparel, bags and sunglasses. And those sunglasses are 50% off right now, no code needed. Choose from men’s women’s and unisex styles in a ton of colors and shapes.
You voted Indochino your favorite custom clothing company by a wide margin, and this week you can dress yourself in one of 30 brand new premium suits for just $339. Use promo code KINJA17.
These suits are all new arrivals, and you won’t even find them anywhere else on Indochino’s site yet. $339 is in line with deals they usually offer on end-of-season styles, but it’s unprecedented for new suits.
You do not have to go through the measurement and customization process to lock in this discount. You can checkout now and submit later, which makes it very easy to gift a suit.
Having a suit that fits perfectly is great, but the little details Indochino lets you customize, from your jacket lapels to pocket flaps to accent stiching around your buttons, are where things get fun.
How It Works
Measure and customize from home...
Follow the directions on Indochino’s site to submit your measurements and customize your suit. Once the suit arrives, if anything doesn’t fit quite right, Indochino will provide directions for your local tailor, along with a $75 credit to cover their work. If for whatever reason your tailor cannot resolve the issues, Indochino will remake your suit. Shipping and return shipping are free.
If you live near a showroom...
Purchase your suit online with our discount and take your receipt/account info into an Indochino showroom. They’ll do your measurements, walk you through your customization options, and have your suit delivered to the showroom. Return once it arrives for any final alterations if they’re needed.
Those who already have a closet full of suits may want to opt for something more interesting like the Slate Blue Plaid Suit, while the rest of us should go for something versatile.
Let us know what you’ll be wearing to your next event (or day at the office) in the comments.
An X-Acto knife is just one of those things you should have in your tool kit, and this complete set is on sale for $13 right now.
So you want to try a standing desk, but you’re not ready to commit to it for eight hours a day...what do you do? You buy this monitor riser for $150 with code GCXI87LL, or $100 off.
This riser arrives fully assembled, and just sits on top of your existing desk. Put your monitor(s) on the top shelf, your keyboard and mouse on the bottom, and use its integrated spring system to raise the entire setup from a sitting to standing position within seconds. I own a very similar product from Varidesk (which was much more expensive, by the way), and I absolutely love it.
Our readers have bought thousands of packs of Crest 3D Whitestrips over the past few years, but here’s another deal if you need a resupply. This 14-pack box is listed for $30 right now (which is a decent price on its own), but a $5 clippable coupon on the page knocks that down to just $25.
A first aid kit is one of those things you should probably keep in your glove box, and you should definitely have at home, and at $13 for 299 pieces, there’s no excuse not to be prepared for minor accidents.
It includes bandages, gauze, medicines, an instant cold pack, and more, all tucked away in a refillable soft pack. You can thank us later.
Update 9/25: Back in stock!
Philips’ entry-level Sonicare Essence electric toothbrush has long been a reader favorite, and now Amazon’s running the best deal we’ve seen on the sequel, the Essence+.
The big improvement here is the brush head: Rather than the screw-on E-series heads (which have a tendency to collect sludge along the seam), the Essence+ uses standard Sonicare snap-on heads. The upshot is that you get a lot more choices: Philips sells seven different options for different budgets and brushing styles.
For a limited time, Amazon’s taking $10 off the brush’s standard $40 price tag. Just be sure to clip the coupon, and note that you won’t see the final price until checkout.
Update 9/26 - The black model is still sold out, but you can get the white one for $40.
Anker unveiled its very first smart bathroom scale back in February, and we’ve only seen two discounts on it ever since. Until now.
In addition to functioning as a normal digital bathroom scale, the BodySense can measure metrics such as body fat percentage and body water, and sync all of that data over Bluetooth to your iOS or Android smartphone. You can see my impressions here, but it’s the most seamless and reliable smart scale I’ve ever personally used, and a great deal at $40, or $10 less than usual.
Note: You’ll need code EUFY9140 to get the deal on the black model, but the white model is available for $40 without a code.
Zappos is basically a one-stop shoe destination already, but right now, they’re having an actual sale, marking down thousands of sandals for the end of the season. As always you can name your own price, and a portion of the proceeds go to charity.

Super Mario Odyssey is only about a month away, and here’s a friendly reminder that if you have Amazon Prime, you can preorder it for $12 off (discount shown at checkout). This deal is valid up until release day, but Amazon’s been known to sell out of preorders of popular Nintendo games in the past, so it might behoove you to place your order early.
Update 9/26: Now down to $16 on both platforms, which makes me sad.
While certainly not perfect, I actually really enjoyed Mass Effect Andromeda. Plus, it’s likely to be the last we see of Mass Effect for quite some time. I think it’s absolutely worth $22 for the deluxe edition on PS4 and Xbox One.
$8 is cheaper than a lot of standard sized mouse pads, but today, that gets you a massive 2.5' x 1' model that can accommodate your keyboard as well. So luxurious! Just be sure to use promo code BJUNAR55 at checkout to save a couple bucks.
