The Big Sales
Levi’s is a classic American denim brand, and they make your favorite pair of men’s jeans (no surprise there). Right now, they’re giving you an extra 25% off their entire sale section, from denim to outerwear and beyond, no code needed. With prices like these, a Canadian tuxedo may even start to look appealing.
When you think about dressing for fall, you usually think coats and pants, but what about the accessories? Stock up on boots, bags, hats, scarves, and more during Urban Outfitters’ up to 50% off fall accessories sale. There are a ton of really great options to help round out your outfit.
In my opinion, a classic wristwatch still looks better than any smartwatch, any day. Today only in preparation for back-to-school, pick up the a new timepiece from brands like Daniel Wellington, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Armani Exchange, and more for men and women. But time’s a-tickin’ on this deal and these prices only last until the end of the day.
That crisp, autumnal breeze that welcomes you into mid-October is here to convince you that you should go for a hike. If you’re lacking on the hiking gear front, this one-day Merrell shoe sale from Amazon can at least help you out with the footwear. Choose from a few hiking boots, or more casual sneakers that will be your workhorses for the cooler weather.
If your kid still needs a Halloween costume, today is the day to pick one up from Amazon’s Rubie’s costume Gold Box. They have almost 200 to select from including the classics like a princess, doctor, and pirate, and of course some trendy ones too.
All of these costumes are under $50, and most hover around $20, so be honest with yourself - you can save those DIY costume plans for next year.
It’s as good a time as any to stock up on new workout clothes with PUMA’s Private Sale. There’s something for every level of exerciser, and some everyday basics that you can wear just to look like you kind of workout. Tons of shoes and apparel (including Rihanna’s Fenty line) are marked down up to 75% and you’ll pick up free shipping with the code PRIVATEOFFERS. If that doesn’t convince you, there’s free shipping and returns on everything.
While Anthro’s ability to create unique, interesting clothing is admirable, the prices can sometimes be...daunting. That’s why your best bet on adding something different to your closet is to hit up their sale section when they throw an additional discount in there. Right now, take 25% off everything that’s on sale, which they just stocked with a bunch of new things.
Normally, TUMI luggage will run you into the $500s and even more. But with Nordstrom Rack’s sale, you can get your own TUMI carry on, backpack, messenger bag, and luggage for hundreds off list price. I’m not talking a couple hundred, here. You could stand to save almost $400 on certain styles.
The Clymb has everything you could need to get outdoors and do it properly, for a whole lot less than you’d think you’d need to pay. Right now, take your pick of apparel, gear, hiking accessories, and more, and grab 15% off when you use the code GOKINJA. With brands like Prana, Burton, Merrel, New Balance, Klymit, and more, there’s something for every outdoorsman.
The Clymb works as a flash sale site, where you sign up for access to thousands of products for up to 70% off what you’d normally pay. Just enter the promo code when you check out and you’ll get an additional 15% off.
Boat Shoe season may be behind us, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take advantage of Sperry’s deals. Right now, grab some shoes made for the open seas for just $50. Select boat shoes (and sneakers that are somehow being classified as boat shoes) are discounted when you use the code BOATDAY at checkout.
Update: Use the code FAMILY to get an additional 10% off (the promo codes stack).
Right now, GAP has a huge sale where everything is discounted up to 60%, which is great, sure. But they’re throwing in an additional 40% off with the code SWEET. The exclusions list is long (as usual), and it does include denim this time around, but there are a ton of majorly marked down pairs that you won’t even need the extra discount to grab for cheap.
They also just dropped a bunch of new arrivals for both men and women, just in time for the new season.
Home Goods
You’re probably familiar with the color-changing Hue lights that screw into your existing lamps and light fixtures, but if you really want to paint your rooms with color, you’ll want to pick up a few Hue Bloom accent lights as well.
These lights used to sell for around $80, and today’s $45 deal on Amazon is the best we’ve ever seen. If you’re already invested in the Hue ecosystem, you should absolutely pick up at least one.
BioLite, maker of our favorite camping stoves and lighting, is back with a FirePit we’ve been psyched about since we saw it in action back in December. Their Kickstarter launched today and is already... on fire.
Update: BioLite is running low on $199 preorder bonuses with the free solar cover (just over 100 left as of October 18), so get yours while you can.
The BioLite FirePit is easy to transport, minimizes smoke, is see-through for maximum fire viewing, uses wood or charcoal, and doubles as a hibachi grill. The secret here is an advanced circulation system that’s powered by a removable battery pack (which you can plug your phone into, natch), but unlike some of BioLite’s other products, the flames won’t recharge that battery themselves.
That said, Kickstarter preorders include a solar cover for free that will recharge the battery when the pit isn’t in use, but about a third of the units available at the $199 level are already gone, so don’t let this one smolder.
Amazon makes trail mix now, because Amazon makes everything, and all three flavors are a couple bucks less than usual today. I’ve had the Sweet & Spicy, and it’s excellent. It’s only a matter of time until they can deliver this to you by drone when you’re actually out on a remote trail.
I’m not sure if I completely buy into the mood-boosting properties that Himalayan salt lamps are said to have, but at the end of the day, they look pretty cool and if that boosts your mood, then more power to you.
This one is made of pure Himalayan salt and has a dimmable light. It usually sells for $36 but is just $30 today, and would make a great gift.

There’s a new generation of Eero mesh routers out now, which means you can score great deals on the still-fantastic original set. Get a pack of three routers for an all-time low $280 today on Amazon, and kiss those dead zones goodbye.
The advent of inexpensive Bluetooth headphones has been a net positive, but there’s no getting around it: They’re a pain in the ass to charge.
Luckily, Mpow’s headphone carrying case includes a built-in 800mAh battery and microUSB cable, so you can recharge your earbuds while simultaneously keeping them from getting lost or tangled in your bag. Yeah, you’ll still need to recharge the case, but this definitely makes Bluetooth earbuds a simpler option while traveling.
This inexpensive, compact sound bar probably isn’t ideal for your main home theater; it’s only two channels, and doesn’t have a subwoofer, but it would be a massive upgrade for, say, a kitchen or bedroom where you’re still using your TV’s built-in speakers. It’s also wall-mountable, and will even work as a big, loud Bluetooth speaker for your phone.
Want a nicer system for your home theater? Check out this deal.
