Update: All sold out!
You can’t preorder the iPhone 7 until the wee hours of tomorrow morning, but you can order a case right now. Head over to this post to see all of the $4 options from Caseology.
Madden is actually not butt this year, and $20 is a great discount considering the first game of the season hasn’t even kicked off yet. Just note that this is a Gold Box deal, meaning this price is only available today, or until sold out.
Bonus:
The new PS4 Pro may be supply constrained at launch, and it may not. But if you preorder, you won’t be charged until it ships, so there’s no harm in locking in an order now.
Babies are expensive. Prime Members will some money with Amazon’s 30% off sale on baby clothing, gear, and more. If you’re a Prime member, grab a new stroller or stock up on onesies. It’s kind of insane how much baby stuff is marked down to incredibly low prices.
Note: Discount shown at checkout
Now that the PS4 Slim is officially out in the open, retailers are clearing out their old inventory with some of the best deals we’ve seen on the rarely-discounted console.
For example, Newegg will sell you a PS4 Call of Duty Bundle for $300, the same price as the Slim, and toss in a year of PlayStation Plus (soon to be worth $60) for free. If the size of the original model doesn’t overtly offend you, that’s a pretty good incentive.
The iPhone 7 has slightly better battery life, but you’ll still want to keep plenty of charging cables around.
Anker’s kevlar-wrapped PowerLine cords are our readers’ favorite brand of Lightning cable, and you can get three for $20 right now. This three-pack typically costs $24, and buying three of them separately would usually cost $27. Not bad considering Apple’s charges $19 for just one of its inferior cables.
Just watch the video above, and try not to spend $7 on this (with promo code GOPUTTY3). I dare you.
Note: I couldn’t find a video of this exact brand of space putty, but they’re all basically identical.
It seems that basic USB chargers with Quick Charge 3.0 are finally starting to crack the $10 barrier, so if you own a supported phone, stock up and enjoy that sweet, sweet amperage.
Corsair’s K-series mechanical keyboards are some of your favorites for gaming, and for general use as well, and the popular K70 is down to $100 today, with both red, brown, and (my personal favorite) blue switches.
The Corsair K70's aluminum chassis lends the keyboard a premium feel, and its key-by-key customizable backlighting is just plain cool. If you don’t already know what kind of key switches you like, Lifehacker has a great explainer to help you understand the difference.
For just $4 today, you can sip your drinks in style with a four pack stainless steel drinking straws. I own this exact set, and use them for everything from Coke Zero to Moscow Mules. And don’t worry, they come with a little tube cleaner to help you wash them. This is the best price we’ve ever seen on an item like this.
Fitbit’s Alta is one of the first fitness trackers that actually looks nice on your wrist, owing largely to its fashionable interchangeable bands, and you can pick one up on eBay for $100 brand new right now. That’s the best price we’ve ever seen by about $20.
This ASUS 802.11ac router won Lifehacker’s wireless router Hive Five a couple years ago, and while there are faster and more powerful options out there now, this is still a great deal at $112, the best price Amazon’s ever listed.
The 750 EVO is Samsung’s first foray into the entry-level SSD market, and the largest 250GB model is on sale today for just $63 from Newegg’s eBay storefront.
The 750 EVO offers performance fairly close to the 850 EVO, though it’s optimized for somewhat less strenuous workflows, according to Anandtech. Still, if your machine is still running on a old-school spinning hard drive, this would be a massive upgrade for a relatively small price. It would also be a fine option for building your own external SSD.
If your phone supports Qi wireless charging, $7 is the one of the best prices we’ve ever seen for a charging pad. I recommend stocking up, and scattering these all around your home and office. Just use promo code T3ZF7MZP at checkout to get the discount.
So, uh, do you suddenly find yourself in need of some wireless headphones? Mpow’s Seashell earbuds are just $13 today with promo code MVDC6Q2F. Even at that price, they’ll even last for seven hours on a charge, or two hours longer than Apple’s new $159 AirPods.
Assuming your phone still supports standard earbuds, you can score a pair of noise-cancelling Audio-Technica earbuds for under $40 today. That’s not the lowest price we’ve ever seen on these Audio Technicas, but For comparison’s sake, they’re currently selling for $10 more on Amazon.
Some day, smartphone batteries will last for days, wireless electricity will charge them in our pockets wherever we go, and all will be right with the world. Until then, we’ll just keep schlepping battery packs.
I know this Jackery Air is a little expensive for a 3,000mAh battery pack, but it’s remarkably thin, and includes a Lightning cable for your convenience.
Update: Anker’s offering its own deal on a similar charger. The PowerCore Slim 5,000mAh vs. the Jackery Air’s 3,000, but doesn’t include a Lightning cable. It is $9 cheaper though with code 7IPHONEZ
And if you need more power for long trips, you can choose from two Jackery Thunder deals, complete with Quick Charge 3.0 output.
String lights are so hot right now (but not literally, because they’re LED), and you can choose from two different strands today starting at $9.
The cheaper model from Kohree is your basic 40' copper light strand, while the $14 TaoTronics model is slightly shorter, but includes a remote and 10 different dimming levels.
In case you really couldn’t be bothered to tie your own damn shoes, use the code LCIZPXC6 and get basically any color of elastic shoelaces for just $6. Make any sneaker a slip on, because your time is obviously worth more than wasting it doing bunny ears with actual shoelaces.
If you can’t find the time to get to the gym every day, this under-desk elliptical lets you squeeze in some light exercise while you fill out spreadsheets and file expense reports. We’ve seen this go as low as $100 on a few occasions, but today, Woot will ship you one for $95.
Overwatch’s price tag has been remarkably stubborn throughout the summer, but if you haven’t picked up a copy yet (and you absolutely should), $50 is about as good a deal as we’ve seen.
If you’re still struggling with finding work appropriate clothes for affordable prices, head over to Bonobos for an extra 40% off on sale items when you use the code LASTOFSUMMER. Even their famous chinos are marked down to an impressive $47.
Once again, LOFT is here to make your wardrobe better. Get 40% off everything (including New Arrivals) when you use the code FIRSTLOOK to celebrate their newest fall clothing. It’s a LOFT year, if I do say so myself.
It’s been awhile since we’ve seen a good deal on Philips’ life-changing wake-up lights, so if you’re not among the 20,000+ Gawker media readers who have already pulled the trigger, the entry level model just dropped to $44, the best price we’ve ever seen.
Unlike an unsympathetic traditional alarm clock, the Philips Wake-Up Light eases you awake with a gradually-brightening light that simulates a natural sunrise, which is how humans are designed to wake up anyway. After the light gets you out of your R.E.M. cycle and ready to wake up, an audible alarm will finish the job at the time of your choosing. Plus, it also doubles as a very warm and pleasant reading light as you’re getting ready to go to sleep. I’ve owned this thing for over a year, and I can definitely tell the difference when I sleep away from home and have to rely solely on my iPhone alarm.
The light is listed for $54 right now, which would actually be a really good price on its own. But if you clip the $10 coupon on the page, you’ll see it for $44 at checkout. We don’t expect this to last long.
If you subscribe to Apple Music anyway, and have no plans to stop, this $99 gift card will save you $20 over the course of a year. And now, for a limited time, you’ll save an extra $5 in your cart.
You don’t need it for another three months or so, but you can save on a holiday landscape laser light by buying it early.
If you aren’t familiar, these genius little gadgets use lasers to project red and green lights onto the front of your house, giving the appearance of holiday spirit without the hassle of actually hanging up outdoor lights. Last year was the first time they were widely available, but they were almost impossible to find, and consistently cost $40-$50. So yes, this deal is a bit ahead of schedule, but it never hurts to plan ahead.
Your GoPro longs to go everywhere with you, and with this ridiculously-affordable accessory kit, it finally can. It’s also worth noting that these accessories will work with any action cam that uses a GoPro-style mounting system, like the Yi Action Cam.
Before you head out on your next trip, be sure to pick up this popular inflatable travel pillow for just $7 with code OSDTP699.
Most of these pillows are just c-shaped inner tubes, but this model includes extra cushioning on the sides to help you nod off without straining your neck, even if you’re flying economy.
We’re no strangers to portable car jump starter/USB battery pack combos around these parts, but this new model from Aukey is unique in its ultra-compact, flashlight-like design. In addition to its 12,000mAh USB power bank, it can put out 400 peak amps through a set of included jumper cables, which should be sufficient to start most standard car engines.
After this election, when our country descends into anarchy, you’ll be glad you bought this $7 survival “grenade.” Unwrap the 9' of 550 pound paracord, and inside you’ll find tin foil, tinder, a flint rod, a knife, and even fishing equipment to help you live off the land.
Want wireless streaming and handsfree calling in your older car? This $16 dongle receives the Bluetooth signal from your phone, and transmits it to the FM radio station of your choice. It even includes two USB charging ports for your phone.
We’ve seen several deals on Bluetooth car kits in the past, but most require that your car include an AUX jack, whereas this only needs a working FM radio.
If you have any home improvement projects on the horizon, and you expect to be spending some time and money at Lowe’s, there’s no reason not to pick up this discounted gift card.
