BEAUTY STEALS
Sephora isn’t known for their discounts and deals like other retailers, but they’re trying something new this year with their Weekly Wow deals. Every Thursday, Sephora will drop a bunch of deals and offers for one week only. This week includes:
- Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eye Shadow Palette
- Urban Decay Liquid Moondust Cream Eyeshadow
- Cover FX Perfect Pencil
For as ridiculously cheap as e.l.f. Cosmetics is, they have some outstanding products. Right now, they’re giving you free shipping on every single order with the code FREESHIP. I highly recommend the Hydrating Bubble Mask and the Liquid Highlighter, and the Beauty Shield Magnetic Mask Kit is too cool to pass up.
Dry shampoo has become a necessity these days (when used sparingly). Grab a 3-pack of Batiste, your favorite dry shampoo, starting at just $14. Just clip the $3 off coupon and make sure you never have greasy roots again.
The Big Sales
It may not seem like the time or place to pick up more sweaters, but if it’s discounted cashmere, it’s always a good time. Amazon’s in-house brand Lark & Ro makes some pretty nice cashmere sweaters, and they’re all on sale for under $85, most coming in around the $50 range. That’s slightly unheard of for cashmere, not so much for Amazon.
Merrell makes some of the best footwear in the game, and they’re taking an extra 15% off sale styles with the code WINTER15, to help you hit the trails (plus some outerwear to help with the cold). It may not exactly be hiking weather, but if you’re a bold winter camper, these are the boots you should pick up.
Get ready for the Dundee awards with an extra 20% discount on all of Keds’ sale styles with the code WINTER20. Everything from their classic white sneakers and their newest collabs with Kate Spade and Rifle Paper Co. There are even glitter sneakers if that’s something you’re into. You’ll need to enter your email to get your specific code, but it’s worth it.
What Band-aid is to adhesive bandages, SPANX is to shapewear. Nordstrom Rack’s SPANX sale is full of all kinds (if you feel like you want some), from strapless slips to bike shorts. They even had some really great leggings/jeggings, tights, and bras.
Joe’s New Balance is the premier online outlet for...New Balance shoes, obviously. Right now, they’re having a Flash Sale, with footwear for men and women, for just $35. Running shoes, lifestyle shoes, classic shoes, and more are in this sale. Just add to cart and checkout, no code need.
H&M’s fast-fashion is even faster and cheaper, with their huge sale going on right now. Get an extra 25% off their entire sale section with the code 9119. It’s silly not to at least take a look.
Because H&M does tend to be on the buy now, throw out later track of fashion, look for the premium pieces, rather than the lower end ones. Go against your entire nature and change the drop down to show Price: Highest to Lowest. Trust me on this on. Basically everything is going to be under $100 anyway, but you’ll score silk or leather pieces at ungodly low prices.
Plus, this extra 25% off includes their home goods sale items.
When you’re looking for floral, but don’t want to go full Lily Pulitzer (never go full Lily Pulitzer), Ted Baker London is the brand you should try. Their take on classic British quaintness has an edge to it, and you can grab that style at Nordstrom Rack. They have a ton of stuff on sale including women’s and men’s clothing, women’s and men’s shoes, bags and accessories, and more.
Home Goods
Dyson’s DC65 is our readers’ favorite vacuum, and you can pick up a refurb of the Animal model for just $190 today.
As you might have guessed, the Animal designation means that this vacuum is designed for pet owners, its main advantage being an included tangle-free turbine tool for getting pet hair out of furniture. It also comes bundled with a stair tool, a soft dusting brush, and a combination tool for everything else.
Looking past the accessory hose, the vacuum itself rests on one of Dyson’s patented balls for easy maneuverability, and is as powerful as you’d expect. Yes, it’s a refurb, but a new one would set you back over $500 on Amazon, and this is the best price we’ve ever seen.
If some of your kitchen gadgets are looking a little worse for wear, replace them on the cheap with today’s KitchenAid gadget Gold Box. They’ve discounted measuring cups and spoons, gadget sets, a commercial press juicer, can openers - the works. This deal will only last through the end of the day or until the products sell out, so scoop up what you need before it’s gone.
This isn’t some leftover Halloween candy deal, and it’s not an overpriced heart shape box: These are full sized candy bars. The good stuff. You get 30 of them for just $14, or about half the price of buying individually in the grocery store checkout line. The best part? 10 of those 30 are Reese’s cups.
TECH
Anker’s SoundBuds Curves were a runner up in our recent affordable headphone poll (they were only beat out by Anker’s own SoundBuds Slims), and you can grab a pair for just $19 today, a match for the best price we’ve seen.
The SoundBuds Curve are the sportiest member of the SoundBuds family, and are designed with active users in mind. Their ear wings ensure they stay put while you exercise, and an internal hydrophobic coating means your sweat won’t fry them. Their best spec though? 12.5 hours of battery life, which is basically unheard of in the space. They normally sell for around $30, but you can get them for an all-time low $19 in today’s Amazon Gold Box, no code necessary.
TCL’s 2017 4K TVs aren’t technological marvels, but they might just represent the best value in the TV world, and three different sizes are on sale right now in preparation for the Super Bowl.
These sets all have Roku’s excellent software built in, 4K resolution, and even a limited form of HDR, though not Dolby Vision like you’d see on more expensive sets.
These discounts aren’t huge, but these sets don’t go on sale often, and they weren’t expensive to begin with.
Anker makes smart plugs now, because Anker makes everything, and they’re down to their lowest prices ever today when you clip the 15% coupons on the product pages.
Like pretty much all of these things, you can control or schedule it with both your phone and with Alexa, and their built-in energy monitoring feature is a great feature at this price. The coupon is available both for the original, square model and the new, compact (i.e. non-outlet-blocking) version, though the older one is a few bucks cheaper.
