Roku’s Premiere+ is one of the only streaming boxes in town capable of playing HDR 4K video at 60 FPS, and at $50, it’s by far the cheapest. That’s the best price Amazon’s ever offered on this model, and a match for what we expect to see on Black Friday, so if it’s been on your wish list, don’t hesitate.
Sound bars seem to dominate the home theater audio space these days, but if you like building your system the old fashioned way, these Sony bookshelf speakers and subwoofers are about half their usual price right now.
Before you flee the country and/or go on your next international trip, be sure to pick up this universal plug adapter for $14 with code TRAVELOC. It’ll turn basically any outlet in the world into any other outlet type, and also includes a USB port so you can plug your phone straight in.
The new 4K/60-shooting GoPro HERO6 only just came out, but you can already save $50 on it today with promo code ALT50G. Hopefully that leaves you with more money to go helicopter skiing or shark punching, or whatever it you GoPro people do.
There aren’t a ton of Bluetooth headphones that also include noise cancelling, and at an all-time low $123 (besting our last mention by $25), Sony’s Extra Bass over-ears offer great sound quality at a fair price.
These headphones have all the features you’d expect in a good pair of Bluetooth headphones these days: NFC pairing, 20+ hour battery life, and an extra bass mode that you can turn on and off at the touch of a button. But the secret sauce here is noise cancellation, so you can block out your surroundings and enjoy your music.
Don’t need noise cancelling? Get basically the same headphones without it for $98.
Sometimes, I’m still amazed that you can get a 55" TV for $400, let alone one with 4K resolution, HDR10 support (not Dolby Vision at this price, sorry), built-in Roku software, and the ability to use your phone as a remote. This has gotten down to this price a few times in the past, but it usually sells out quickly and goes back to $450.
Brother is our readers’ favorite printer brand and it’s easy to see why: they basically never jam, the toner is relatively cheap, and it prints fast (up to 32 pages per minute). The one trade off is that they don’t print in color, which when I think back to the last couple of things I’ve printed, it’s been a bunch of boring forms, so I don’t think it would be too hard of a pill to swallow.
Plus, this refurbished EHLL2360DW includes the ability to print from your mobile device. At $60, it’s at the cheapest price we’ve seen for this model and might sell out, so what are you waiting for?
If you’re intrigued by the idea of Philips Hue smart lighting, but don’t particularly care about dramatic, colorful light shows in your living room, the Hue White starter kit is exactly what you need, and it’s $40 off today.
The kit comes with four bulbs and a Hue Bridge to control them (plus up to 46 other Hue products, so you can add more as time goes on). The lhese bulbs don’t change colors, or even color temperatures, but you can turn them on or off, and dim them from your phone or with a voice assistant. You probably already have at least an Echo Dot lying around by now, and smart lighting is one of the things it does best.
This kit legitimately usually sells for $100, and the Bridge by itself typically costs about $50, so this is a hell of a deal.
If you’ve been saving your nickels for a big TV purchase this Black Friday, you don’t necessarily have to wait until the end of the month. This 70" 4K Sony is already down to its Black Friday pricing of $1198, an all-time low by about $300.
This set is on the low end of Sony’s current lineup, so you’re not getting features like local dimming or Dolby Vision HDR here, but if you’d rather invest in having a huge TV than having the absolute best image quality, it’s still a great deal.
The great thing about Philips Hue is that your fancy lighting profiles aren’t limited to standard bulbs; the Hue LighStrip Plus lets you to stick a rope of color-changing, Wi-Fi connected lights anywhere in your house.
This LightStrip Plus is compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Apple HomeKit, and it hardly ever goes on sale, but while supplies last, you can get this for the lowest price ever, just $50. This kit includes a 6' strip, but you can add on 40" extensions for a (comparatively) affordable $30, if that’s not quite long enough.
Just note that you’ll need a Hue Bridge to control this thing; it’s not a starter kit on its own.
This normally-$110 backpack is just $80 today. I would tell you more, but its Amazon product description would do a better job:
The wall charger that came with your phone just doesn’t cut it while traveling these days. In addition to probably being slow as hell, you likely have at least two or three USB-powered devices that you’ll want to charge every night while you sleep.
Luckily, Anker stuffed four USB ports and 40W of power into a tiny travel charger (with folding AC prongs!), and you can get it for $19 today with promo code AAAA2142.
Anker’s PowerLine Lightning cables have been reader favorites for years, and while they’ve since been followed up with PowerLine+ and PowerLine II sequels, they’re still fantastic cables that will last you a long time, and feel great in the process. For a limited time, get one in white for just $6 with code ANKER811, or less than 1/3 of what Apple charges for their own, inferior cable.
Own USB-C devices? Get two nylon-braided USB-C to USB-A cables for $10 with code ANKER826
We don’t post a lot of wired headphones anymore, but we’ll make an exception for Bose’s iconic QuietComfort noise cancelling cans.
Both the Apple and Android version are marked down to $179 right now, an all-time low, $100 less than usual, and a match for what expect to see on Black Friday. If it wasn’t already clear, Black Friday has already started this year.
Anker’s SoundCore line of speakers have been huge hits among our readers, and you can choose from three different models on sale today, ranging from tiny to booming.
On the small end, the SoundCore Mini packs impressively loud audio into a speaker the size of half a soda can. Get it for $24 with promo code QUM7D9ED.
I suspect that most people will want to spring for the SoundCore 2, which is a true sequel to our readers’ favorite Bluetooth speaker. The main selling points here are 24 hour battery life (and that’s a conservative estimate, in my experience) and IPX5 water resistance.
And if you missed it yesterday, the rugged and powerful SoundCore Sport XL is still $14 off with code QUM7D9ED. With dual 8W drivers, this is loud enough to fill an entire yard.
Anker’s original SoundBuds were our readers’ favorite affordable Bluetooth headphones, but they’ve since spawned an entire line of earbuds to fit every budget and lifestyle.
The SoundBuds Curve are the newest addition to the family, and are designed with active users in mind. Their ear wings ensure they stay put while you exercise, and an internal hydrophobic coating means your sweat won’t fry them. Their best spec though? 12.5 hours of battery life, which is fantastic for Bluetooth earbuds. They normally sell for $36, but you can get them for an all-time low $26 right now, no code necessary.
VPNs are in the news these days, and with good reason. So if you’re curious to sign up and start protecting your browsing history and personal data (or, you know, getting around websites’geoblocks), NordVPN charges less per month than a typical trip to Starbucks.
NordVPN has long been one of the most popular and reliable VPN providers out there, and if you sign up for a one-year membership, promo code VIP70 will drop your annual price from $69 to $48. If you’re sure you want to commit, use this link instead to get a special two year plan for $79 with code 2YSpecial2017. Lifehacker has recommended Nord in some previous guides, but if you have any firsthand experience with the service, sound off in the comments!

If you saw this backpack on the street, you probably wouldn’t have any idea that it’s actually an insulated cooler.
The Igloo Daytripper, in addition to dry pockets for your phone and keys, is mostly comprised of a large, insulated compartment for drinks, snacks, and ice, so you can pack a picnic for places where regular coolers are too cumbersome to bring. Shane has tried one out, and came away impressed.
It’s a little out of season, sure, but $64 is the best price Amazon’s ever listed, and it’s a great holiday gift idea.
No matter the space you’re working with, you can put down these foam mats to save your floor from damage and your joints from aching. This $16 package (after $1.25 coupon) gets you six 2' x 2' half-inch thick tiles to cover a 24 square-foot space, which is the best deal we’ve seen since July. You can also spread them out where ever you might put an anti-fatigue mat, like under your standing desk or by the kitchen sink.
One model newer than our readers’ favorite carry-on, the Travelpro Maxlite 4, is on sale for just $89, matching its all-time low price. Here’s what our readers like about it:
Great bag - roomy, well-built, and fits in every overhead bin I’ve ever tried! Suitcase just glides over any and every surface (well, maybe not gravel...) - Arkansas Aggie
So make your holiday travel a little less sucky with this new bag, which is full of organization tools, lightweight, and expandable, for you inevitably overpack.
Aerating wine removes that initial acidic taste that some wines can have before they have a chance to breathe. I have one of these at home and love it.
At $10 today, this aerator isn’t at the lowest price we’ve seen but it’s a good $2 discount from its usual price. It would make a great gift for a wine lover in your life.
Robotic vacuums are so cheap and ubiquitous now, it almost makes sense to start building a fleet of them.
While it lacks the brand recognition of a Roomba, and we can’t personally vouch for them like we can for the Eufy RoboVac 11, this ILIFE A4S vacuum has very good reviews, and is insanely affordable today at $150 with promo code QPOTQBA7 Now you’ll have more time to clean the bathroom!
GORUCK’s military-inspired GR1 dominated our Co-Op for the best everyday backpack, and now Huckberry’s offering them up with an extremely rare ~$50 discount.
Now, even with the deal, this is still a $250 backpack. I’m not blind to the fact that that’s a lot of money. But every GR1 is hand-built over the course of four hours in the USA, is covered by a lifetime warranty, and by basically all accounts is just incredibly well-made. There’s a very real chance that this will be the last backpack you ever have to buy.

Luminoodle’s big, bright string lights are getting bigger and brighter, and you can save on your favorite size by preordering today.
For starters, the $44 Luminoodle Task USB is 2' long, flexible, magnetic, weatherproof, and puts out 1000 lumens, which is shocking for a USB-powered device.
For $119, you can upgrade to the full-sized Luminoodle Task, which is over twice as long and over three times as bright, but you’ll have to plug it into an AC outlet.
And for the most flexibility of all, $169 gets you a preorder of the Task Link, which is an AC-powered set of three lights that are that you link together to light up an entire room.
All three models are flexible like giant fettuccine noodles, and can stand up to rain, mount to different surfaces in multiple ways, and are controlled by an included remote. Earlybirds are already going fast though, so don’t let the lights go out on these prices.
It might not seem like mission-critical equipment, but there are times when owning a label maker can really come in handy, and you can buy a really good one right now for just $15.
Unlike many cheap label makers, DYMO’s LabelManager 280 can print graphics and barcodes, and also features a rechargeable battery so you don’t have to hunt down any AAs. I have a similar model in my drawer, and while I don’t use it every day, it definitely earns its keep every few months or so. Today’s deal is an all-time low, so grab it while you can, and get labeling.
If you love the idea of magnetic smartphone car mounts, but don’t want to block a precious air vent, this Anker mount uses 3M adhesive to stick to your dash, and the magnet can swivel to any angle you need. This would make a great stocking stuffer, and you can get it for $10 with promo code SELL7149.
Everyone hates washing dishes, but if you have the right tools, it might suck a little less. Wirecutter crowned this Polder dish rack as the best dish rack because of its sturdy construction, effective draining system, and large utensil rack. It also comes with a separate pull out plastic mat that basically doubles the drying real estate which can be stowed away when not in use. It normally sells for ~$40, but you can take one home for just $33 today.
These $9 gloves let you grab a hot pan out of the oven, pull meat right off a grill, or even turn logs in an active campfire without getting burned, like some kind of Thanksgiving superhero. We’ve seen silicone barbecue gloves for less than this in the past, but these are rated for much higher temperatures, and should be more flexible as well.
Strawberry is one of only two Pop-Tart flavors you should associate yourself with (Brown Sugar Cinnamon, of course, being the other), and you can snack on 32 of them for just $4 today after clipping the 25% coupon. It’s listed as an add-on item, but it’ll still ship for free if you use Subscribe & Save, even if you don’t order anything else.
Brown Sugar Cinnamon also has a coupon associated, but they aren’t quite as cheap.
August Smart Lock lets you lock and unlock your door from anywhere using your phone, it’s even compatible with Siri. Normally selling between $180 and $230, you can unlock an all-time low $150 deal right now on Amazon.
Assuming you have your phone with you whenever you leave the house, an August Smart Lock-equipped door will automatically lock behind you and unlock as you approach, so you don’t have to fumble for your keys. It also enables you to grant or restrict access to people like dog walkers, maintenance workers, or other people who need to come into your house, no matter where you are in the world. It even creates a log of when the door has been opened so you monitor comings and goings.
We’ve seen a lot of early Black Friday sells sell out quickly today, so if this is on your shopping list, I’d lock one in now.
A fancier cousin to the uber-popular Rubbermaid Easy Find Lid storage set, this 14-piece Rubbermaid Brilliance set is matching its historically-low price of just $25 today.
These top-of-the-line containers are made from stain-resistant and odor-blocking materials that are safe for the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. With built-in vents, they’re ready to go in the microwave without splattering and are 100% leak proof.
If you don’t own a pressure cooker, today’s a great day to fix that, as Amazon’s knocked the highly-rated Instant Pot IP-DUO60 down to $80, matching the price we’ve seen in multiple Black Friday ads. While that’s not as good as a one-day $70 deal they ran at the beginning of October, it’s still $20 less than usual, and a great chance to save if you want to use it to help cook Thanksgiving dinner.
If you’re worried that you won’t get a ton of use out of this thing, note that in addition to standard pressure cooking, this is also our readers’ favorite slow cooker, and one of their favorite rice cookers too. To put a fine point on it: It’s one of the most versatile kitchen gadgets you can own. Even if you already have one, I don’t need to tell you that these make great gifts, and the holidays are just around the corner.
The second place (and much less expensive) winner of our readers’ favorite meat thermometer contest is this Taylor precision probe thermometer, which is just $12 after your clip the 25% off coupon today, just in time for your Thanksgiving turkey temperature tracking.
Here’s what you guys had to say about it:
On my second one (got 10 years out of the first one, only replaced it because I lost it in a move). $15. Does the job. This isn’t rocket surgery. - shelwood
Yup, same here. It’s not rocket science AND even if it’s off by a degree or two, it doesn’t matter. Bacteria are killed by a combination of temperature and time, so the extra minute or two that it’s at temperature will easily make up for any discrepancy in accuracy. - Kumico
This hard-shelled, travel-friendly first aid kit is full of 85 pieces of gauze, bandages, antiseptic wipes, tweezers and other things you might need in an emergency. At $8 today, it’s at its all-time-low price, so you can thank us later.
You need toilet paper anyway, so you might as well stock up while it’s cheap. Get 48 rolls of Scott tube-free toilet paper for just $12 (or $11 if you use Subscribe & Save) after clipping the 20% coupon on this page. I’m not sure toilet paper tubes were high up on the list of ecologically damaging waste, but I suppose it doesn’t do any harm to get rid of them.
OxyLED’s T-02 motion-sensing lights have long been a hit with our readers, and now you can get three of them (with warm bulbs, rather than the traditional cool LEDs) for just $15, one of the best deals we’ve ever seen. These are perfectly sized for small closets and cabinets, but you can stick them anywhere you want.

Yes, it’s already happening again. Nordstrom Rack has brought back their Clear the Rack sale and it’s full (and I mean FULL) of really incredible deals. Designer clothing, brands you’ve never heard of, everything in clearance an extra 25% off. This lasts through Sunday, so you have a good amount of time to pick up some discounts.
Privé Revaux already made some terrific sunglasses for affordable prices, but their new ICON collection raises the bar without raising the price, and they’re offering our readers and exclusive chance to save 25% with promo code GIZMODO25.
Compared to the original styles, Privé’s ICON collection make greater use of acetate plastic (which is derived from renewable sources, rather than petroleum), and have better screws, higher quality lenses, and a proprietary metal alloy. They sent us a few samples, and they do in fact feel sturdier and nicer than our original pairs, and again, they still only cost $30.
And if that low price isn’t enough to entice you, promo code GIZMODO25 will take 25% off a single pair of glasses from the ICON collection when you purchase from Privé Revaux’s site, for a limited time. All orders ship free, but just note that this code is only valid on a single pair of glasses per customer.
Typical leather belts aren’t necessarily designed for outdoor adventuring, so if you want hold up your pants with something a little more rugged, we’ve got the best discount ever on Abl belts.
These belts are constructed from a firm elastic, which means you can adjust it to fit your waste perfectly (and loosen it after a big meal), rather than conforming to inch-apart holes that the belt industry has heretofore foisted upon us. The buckle is also pretty slick, made of injection-molded carbon fiber, which is super strong, and won’t set off a metal detector.
Abl has never offered a discount this big on their belts before, so this is a great opportunity for our readers. Just pick your color and size, and use code 4KINJA25 at checkout to save 25%.
It’s starting to show signs of it actually being the correct temperature for the season, which means if you’re planning on spending nay of your time outside, you should figure out your wardrobe. You’ll find vitamins to put you to sleep, vitamins to help deal with stress, and plenty of vitamins that you should take every morning. The best part? They’re all gummies!
Just note that like all Gold Box deals, these prices are only available today, or until sold out.
Note: Some of these even have additional coupons you can clip, so be on the lookout.
If you haven’t gotten on the sheet mask bandwagon, perhaps this deal will sway you. Grab a 5-pack of any Azure Cosmetics sheet masks for just $7 with the code AD7CZZRA. Choose from Collagen & Vitamin C, 24K Gold, Charcoal & Pearl, or Hyaluronic Acid & Retinol.

Update: Sold out on Amazon, but the code is also valid on Newbury Mills’ own site.
Newbury Mills has quickly become one of our favorite shirt makers, with offerings that can be dressed up or down, worn tucked or untucked, and with or without a tie. They also resist wrinkles well and are 100% soft SUPIMA cotton. Our readers can grab three for $99, plus additional shirts for $33 each. Considering one shirt is normally priced over $80, this is a great opportunity to upgrade your entire wardrobe. Just be sure to add at least three to your cart (you can mix and match styles), and use promo code kinja330 at checkout to get the deal.
Update: Today is the last day!
At first glance, the American Eagle clearance section is full of leftover summer styles. But if you dig through the pages of 60% off merchandise, you’ll find some pretty great transitional pieces. Flannels and sweaters are hidden among the tank tops and rompers, you just gotta dig a little.
Note: The 60% off only applies to American Eagle brand, though there are a ton of other brands mixed into the clearance section that are worth it.

A lot of io9's readers preordered this Die Hard illustrated Christmas book, but if you missed out on the big preorder discounts, it just dropped back down to $10, so now you’re welcome to the party, pal.
If you ever use iTunes to buy apps, movies, music, TV shows, iCloud storage space, or anything else, this discounted $100 gift card from eBay is basically free money. 15% is about as good as iTunes discounts get these days, so stock up.

Update: Sold out for now.
Horizon Zero Dawn is an instant classic, and one of the best games you can buy for the PS4, so you shouldn’t hesitate to buy it for $20, an all-time low, and a match for what we expect on Black Friday.
Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite is less than two months old, but you can already snag a copy for $40 on PS4 and Xbox One. I call playing as Rocket Raccoon.
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy proves that you don’t need Nathan Drake to make a great Uncharted game, and it’s already down to $20 on Amazon, or half its launch price from just a few months ago.
If you’ve ever stayed up way too late tinkering with virtual cities or perfecting a virtual business’s supply lines, the latest Humble Bundle is for you. This week, you can score up to seven strategy simulation games for as little as $10, including hits like OOTP Baseball, Plague Inc. Evolved, and even Cities Skylines Deluxe. As always, you can pay whatever you want, but certain titles are locked behind higher price tiers.
If you’ve been curious to try computer glasses, but were scared off by the sky-high price of Gunnars, Velocifire will sell you a set for $15 today with promo code 7DFJQSKQ If you aren’t familiar, the appeal of these things is that they block out the blue light that emanates from the screens we stare at all day, which can cause eyestrain, headaches, and even insomnia.
