We saw a bunch of Anova sous-vide deals around Black Friday, but today’s deal on the new Nano model is actually better than any we’d previously seen.
At 750W, it’s nearly as powerful as the old models, and still includes Bluetooth (but sadly not Wi-Fi), but it’ll take up a lot less space in your kitchen cabinets. In fact, this one can fit inside most drawers. Get it for an all-time low $61 on Amazon right now after clipping the 5% coupon. The $64 list price is the same as Black Friday, but the coupon is new.
Lifehacker has a great explainer on sous vide cooking for you to check out, but the basic idea is that you seal the food in a bags, and then cook it in precisely heated water over a longer period of time. It sounds weird, kind of like food hot tub, but the result is food that’s cooked to the exact right temperature all the way through.
The booming Sonos Play:5 was conspicuously absent from the Black Friday (and post-Black Friday) deal festivities, but if you were holding out for a price drop on the company’s biggest and loudest speaker, Amazon’s taking $40 off the white model right now, within $10 of the best deal we’ve ever seen.
How do you stay in touch with friends and family members when you’re camping in the backcountry, or on a cruise ship? You know, when you’re miles away from any cell service? GoTenna Mesh is a point-to-point messaging and GPS antenna that pairs with your phone and beams texts and location data up to four miles, no cellular connectivity or Wi-Fi required. A pack of two antennas is down to an all-time low $125 today, but you can add as many as you want, and build a mesh network that “hops” messages across multiple antennas for effectively unlimited range.
At first glance, Anker’s SoundCore Spirits look a lot like the reader-favorite SoundBuds Slims, but they do have a few key upgrades. The big one is IPX7 water resistance, plus added sweat-countering measures from Anker that make them ideal for working out, especially compared to the IPX5-rated Slims. They also last a bit longer with an eight hour battery (vs. seven), include a built-in cord shortener, and should have a bit more bass as well.
The SoundCore Spirits have sold for $30-$40 since they launched earlier this year, but today, they’re just $26 with promo code SDCSPT03.
It should be a crime for any computer to ship with a spinning hard drive. Why manufacturers continue to do so, despite the dropping prices of SSDs, astonishes me. But, of course, you can correct this wrong-doing.
SSDs are more reliable and much, much faster than the traditional (see: antiquated) HDD. Crucial’s 1TB model is marked down to an all-time low of $119 on Amazon and the smaller 500GB version is $65 (save more if you clip the coupon), so correct this manufacturer wrong right now.
You deserve better.
This deal is valid for both the 38mm ($229) and 42mm ($259) GPS models. Sadly, the cellular version isn’t on sale this time. And while those deals aren’t quite as good as the ones we saw on Cyber Monday, they’re still $50 less than Apple would charge you.
A really nice Lightning cable is an ideal stocking stuffer for the iPhone owners in your life, and they don’t get much nicer than Anker’s PowerLine+ cables. Wrapped in nylon and reinforced with kevlar, they’re basically unbreakable, and just feel really nice to use.
For a limited time, get a 6' cable in the color of your choice for just $11 with promo code ANKCABLE, complete with an adjustable pouch that keeps it from getting tangled.
You’d be forgiven if you automatically dismiss Lenovo notebook as a run-of-the-mill, garbage sub-$500 laptop, but you’d be mistaken. Amid all the vanilla specs (4GB of RAM, 1TB HDD, i5 processor, etc.) from this $350 unit is something pretty cool: Optane Memory.
Gizmodo’s written quite a bit about it. Here’s what Alex Cranz said about Intel’s tech:
Optane Memory ... is much cheaper—think $30 for a stick, and works in tandem with your storage drive, remembering commonly loaded files, like game textures or software libraries, and loading them faster than your storage drive alone ever could. In our tests the Optane memory paired with a traditional HDD, was two to three times faster than without the memory.
For the user (see: student) who only uses their laptop for browsing the web, Netflix and catfishing someone in Des Moines, this is a good, cheapass laptop.
What gift do you get for the gadget lover who already has everything? A bag to carry their gadgets, of course. The Zero Grid Electronics Travel Organizer is bursting with pockets, straps, and zippers to keep all of your tech gear organized and untangled while you’re on the road. Get it for an all-time low $15 today with code 2CZGP7RB.
Bonafide deals on Apple MacBooks are hard to find. Refurbished models tend to be the most consistent source for bargains, like this offer from Amazon. Priced at $820, this is $280 less than what’s on Apple’s Refurbished storefront.
These gold and rose gold, mid-2017 Apple notebooks offer 8GB of RAM, an M3 processor and 256GB of storage. But there are caveats: these Amazon renewed products (see: used) aren’t Apple-certified, may arrive with third-party accessories/packaging, and come with a paltry 90-day Woot Warranty.
If you’re in dire need of a MacBook, this is a steal.
Giant plugs that cover up half the outlets on your power strip should be outlawed, but until that day arrives, these short extension cords will have to do. $17 gets you a pack of 10, which should be enough for even the most advanced home theater setups.
The deal doesn’t require a promo code this time around, but today’s price is about $2-$5 less than the usual going rate for this set, and a match for the last deal we posted.
Given how many Lightning cables seem to wear out at the necks, it’s surprising that 90 degree cables aren’t more of a thing. You can grab two nylon braided cables for $13 from Aukey today with promo code AUK7XMAS, which would be a great price for two nylon-braided Lightning cables anyway, even without the unique connector.
Permanence is overrated. For evidence, go back and read what you wrote in your LiveJournal when you were 17. How hard does it make you cringe? You never have to feel that way again with the Boogie Board 8.5" LCD Writing Tablet. It allows you to endlessly write, rewrite, erase, and forget, and it’s way better for the environment than using a paper and pen. Just think of all the lists, reminders, and deep, dark secrets that you’ll be keeping out of landfills.
This Chromecast-enabled Vizio set offers a lot for that price, e.g. voice control, mobile app control and, most notable of all, full array backlighting. As fun as the rainbow effects of Philips Hue bulbs can be, white is also a color. This Philips Hue White A19 Dimmable LED Smart Bulb 4-Pack sticks with that, the most basic and useful of lighting colors. But if you want to add more unusual shades to your lighting design later on, you can totally do that.
Basically every device Amazon makes was on sale for Black Friday, with one glaring exception: The new, waterproof, Bluetooth-equipped Kindle Paperwhite. So if you were holding out on a deal for all your pool and bathtub reading needs, your patience has been rewarded today with a $30 discount.
Go big or go home, that’s what I always say. And with this deal from Walmart, you can go home to a bigass TV for just $480.
This internet-capable model features 4K HDR panel which is unlikely to top any list, but if size and budget are your only concerns, this is a worth a serious consideration. It can also work well as a spare TV for an extra room in your home.
The Anker PowerCore Fusion is one of our biggest sellers ever, because it combines a USB wall charger and a portable battery pack into a single product. Now, RAVPower has their own alternative with a slightly larger 6700mAh battery inside, and you can grab it for just $22 with promo code KINJAQFF.
They sent me one to check out, and despite the larger battery inside, it’s barely bigger or heavier than the Anker, and would make a great holiday stocking stuffer.
With its 24 hour battery life, impressive bass, and crystal clear sound quality, the Anker SoundCore has long been our readers’ favorite affordable Bluetooth speaker, and its water-resistant successor is down to $30 today, or $10 less than usual.
The SoundCore 2 still includes dual drivers and that amazing 24 hour battery; the only real differences are a slightly tweaked design and the aforementioned water resistance. That means you can take it to the pool, the beach, or even the shower without fear.
We’ve seen power cubes with more ports and outlets from other manufacturers, but Anker’s take on the category has a few nice touches.
While it leaves one side of the cube empty, it does come with adhesive pads that let you mount it on a wall or underneath a desk. It normally sells for $26, but you can get it for just $20 today — the cheapest it’s been.
Anker makes just about every capacity of PowerCore battery pack imaginable, but the company’s 10,000mAh packs have always been among their most popular. And now, just in time for the holidays, they squeezed that much juice into a shockingly small new package.
The PowerCore 10000 Redux is only 4.1” x 2" x 1", and weighs only 6.6 ounces, making it the smallest 10,000mAh battery pack we’ve ever seen. And of course, Anker’s PowerIQ technology is built in, meaning you’ll get the fastest possible charging speed no matter what you plug in. There’s even a special trickle charge mode for low-draw devices like Bluetooth headphones, which often don’t draw enough power to keep USB battery packs “awake.”
The Redux only just came out, and retails for $34, but it’s marked down to $26 this week, making it a perfect stocking stuffer idea.
Samsung’s U3-rated microSD cards are some of the fastest and most popular options out there—I have the 128GB model in my own Nintendo Switch—and all four sizes are down to all-time low prices today on Amazon.
If you need extra space for your action cam, smartphone, tablet, Switch, or anything else, these are extremely fast cards, and extremely good deals.
VPNs have been in the news, and whether you want to get around video geoblocks, circumvent proxy filters, or just keep prying eyes out of your browsing data while using sketchy public Wi-Fi, reader-favorite Private Internet Access has a deal to fit your needs.
Private Internet Access doesn’t do much in the way of discounting, but they offer exclusive pricing and packages just for our readers that you won’t find anywhere else. Here are your options, and what you’d pay if you bought the same plan elsewhere:
- One month for $6 | Usually $7
- One year for $35 | Usually $40
- Three years for $90 | Not offered to the general public at all
These deals are only for our readers, but we aren’t sure how long they’ll be available, so go ahead and sign up while you can.
Kamado grills are so hot right now. Like literally, they get up to 750 degrees, or a whole lot cooler if you want to smoke something slow and low.
If you’re even considering a 188 pound, $895 grill, I assume you’ve already done some of your homework, or tasted your neighbor’s brisket and realized that you need this in your life, but just as a refresher, the thick and heavy ceramic walls are significantly better than metal at maintaining heat and moisture, and the shape promotes air circulation for even cooking.
The Kamado Joe II almost always sells for $1,200, but today only, you can get it for just $895 on Amazon (with our apologies to your delivery driver). That’s a lot of money for a grill! But if you want to get into meat smoking, or even outdoor pizza cooking, this is as good as it gets. You even get a five year warranty on anything metal, and a lifetime warranty on the ceramic, so this one should last you.
The ThermoWorks Thermapen has long been everyone’s favorite meat thermometer, but in the realm of probe thermometers, the brand’s DOT reigns supreme. And today, the DOT is back down to its Black Friday price of $34. It’s extremely accurate and easy to use; just set your target temperature, insert the probe into whatever’s cooking, and wait for the beep. Your Christmas dinner has never been so impeccably cooked.
Today only, Amazon has driven the price of this Bosch 12-Volt combo kit down to $99, the same price as Black Friday.
That price gets you a PS41 impact driver and a PS31 drill-driver, plus a carrying case to keep them organized. We love Bosch’s 12V tools for their slimline battery design, which makes the drills much more maneuverable than the competition. The set typically sells in the $140-$180 range, and boasts a stellar 4.3 star review average. Just remember, this price is only available today, or until sold out.
A weighted blanket would be an amazing gift for your stressed out friends and family members (and really, are there any other types?). Just think about how nice the lead vest feels when they lay it on you at the dentist, and then imagine feeling that way at home, under a soft blanket, without someone scraping at your teeth with a metal hook.
This 22 pound model is heavier than most, and at 60" x 80", it’s big enough to share (or not). Our readers can use promo code PEDWX8ZI today to save $34, bringing it down to $102, one of the best prices we’ve seen for a blanket this heavy.
While it doesn’t have the brand recognition of Nest’s learning Thermostat, the Ecobee3 Lite Smart Thermostat one-ups its most popular competitor by pairing with wireless remote sensors that you can place elsewhere in your house, giving the thermostat a more accurate picture of your home’s overall temperature. Plus, it’ll work with Siri via HomeKit, and your Amazon Echo too.
Just note that this is the “Lite” version of the Ecobee3, which doesn’t detect occupancy, can’t control accessories like dehumidifiers, and doesn’t include a room sensor (though it does work with them), but today’s $139 list price is a match for Black Friday, and a 5% clippable coupon on the page makes it even cheaper.
Welcome to today’s edition of Kitchen Gear You Can Absolutely Live Without, But That Would Still Be Nice to Have. The Cuisipro Stainless Steel Odd Size Measuring Spoon Set is not an essential item; you can easily make do without it. But I know you still feel at least a slight longing to own it.
It features spoons to measure out a “pinch,” 1/8 tsp, 2/3 tsp, 1-1/2 tsp, and 2 tsp. Your feelings about that description will tell you everything you need to know about whether or not to buy it, except this — it hasn’t been this cheap in years.
Alexa can be fun to talk to when you’re lonely or bored, but she’s not exactly animated. The Anki Vector Home Robot solves that problem by behaving almost like a pet. He can answer questions, sure, but he also reacts to sight, sound, and touch and is excited to see you when you come home. And better than any other smart assistant or pet, he can also take pictures, charge himself, and avoid obstacles as he navigates your home.
He’s got all the benefits of a living companion and none of the drawbacks. Forgot to feed him? No prob, he doesn’t eat. Don’t feel like talking? That’s cool, he doesn’t have feelings and won’t mind if you chill on your own. Basically, he’s like the downstairs staff on Downton Abbey: self sufficient, available when needed, invisible when not.
Team-branded drinkware is a time-honored easy gift idea, and Amazon’s offering big deals on several Simple Modern drinking vessels with a variety of NCAA-licensed logos and colors.
Options include an insulated coffee mug, a water bottle, and a tumbler, but for my money, the best deal is a <cough, cough> 16 ounce UVA insulated pint. That’s number one in my book. Just click through to the product of your choice, and you’ll be able to select from a (somewhat limited) selection of schools.
Snickers makes a special 1-pound candy bar that’s designed for slicing and sharing, but we won’t tell anyone if you eat the entire thing yourself. Save $2 by clipping the coupon on the page. Amazon even ships it with reusable cool-packs to keep it from melting en route, not that most of the country would need them right now.
First: Don’t @ me about canned meat being inferior or whatever, because nobody is under the delusion that preserved food is better than fresh. Sometimes you’re just hungry and in search of a quick/easy/convenient meal, and canned goods are one way to meet that need.
Now, let’s talk about how annoying it can be to drain cans. Actually there’s not much to discuss there, because it’s just a small, inconvenient fact of life that everybody’s aware of. So I added the Progressive Prepworks Can Colander to my Amazon cart the instant I saw it, and I’m weirdly excited about the prospect of slightly easier food prep.
You’d pay at least a dollar more or have to deal with in-store pickup (or both) anywhere else, so while today’s price isn’t a huge discount, it’s still a good buy. Note that it’s designed to fit only certain cans, though, so don’t get too crazy with your plans.
Amazon had the bright idea of making its own AmazonBasics LED light bulbs, and you can get six of them for just $11 right now. A lot of utility companies will also give you a rebate for buying LEDs, so they could end up being cheaper if you send in your receipt, or even free.
They’re not smart, they don’t dim, and they definitely don’t change colors. But they do put out as much light as a 60W incandescent with only 10.5W of energy, so they will pay for themselves.
Even if your house is visually decorated for the holidays, you could be missing the all-important component of a seasonal scent. A peppermint, gingerbread, or pine fragrance wafting through the air can really take things to the next level.
With Yankee Candle’s 5 for $55 Large Classic Jar or Tumbler Candles sale, you can stock up on scents for every room of the house. You’ll also be saving major scrilla — each candle is normally $30, so basically, you’re getting three for free and a little discount on the other two. But you’ll need to do it soon, because this offer will be extinguished Friday.
Dog parenting is a full-time job, and now, you can stay informed on what your fur babies are up to when you’re not around with this Furbo Dog Camera, back down to its Black Friday price of $135.
Not only will this gadget allow you to use your smartphone to look in on your canine kids when you’re not home via full HD camera with night vision, but it will also let you interact with them. Toss your good doggo a treat if you feel like he needs a snack, or scold him thanks to two-way audio when you catch him gnawing on your shoes again. You can even get push notifications when your dog barks. After all, they grow up so fast.
It’s always good to have a flashlight handy, lest you be overtaken by darkness at some inopportune moment. This $27 Streamlight ProTac flashlight is tactical flashlight you want to have on you for those “just in case” moments, and it just so happens to be down to it’s lowest price ever. A tactical model that boasts 350 lumens of brightness, this small but powerful light runs on either AA or CR123A batteries and features a helpful hat clip for hands-free navigating. It would be a bright idea to buy one today before this deal goes dark.
Are your holiday decorations missing that certain something? Copper string lights make everything look more festive, and you can get a remote-controlled 33' strand for $6 with promo code D6BJOPRM, or a 66' strand for just $8 with code 6DE797RE. So go forth and make your house Instagram-ready.
Roombas get all the glory, but don’t let name recognition overshadow an excellent deal on an equally efficient, if not better, robotic vacuum. Anker’s slim Eufy RoboVac 11S is a favorite of our readers, and today, you can use promo code KINJAT008 to clean it out for just $149, the same price as Cyber Monday. The 11S is extremely quiet, extra slim for tight spaces, and it sucks up anything in its path with ease.
Once you’ve gotten used to keeping a multi-tool on you, it can be hard to go without. But the TSA doesn’t care about that, and good luck getting your Leatherman on a plane.
The Gerber Shard isn’t as fancy as a lot of mini tool gizmos, but it’s airline approved and it fits on your keychain — and it’s $5. It features three drivers, a wire stripper, a pry bar, and a bottle opener, so maybe it’s just enough to keep you from having handy gadget withdrawals in “no weapons” situations. (It’s also a nice little gift for people that don’t really need or want anything else.)
Firstleaf is an online wine club that learns your preferences, offers tons of options, and most importantly, saves you money compared to buying from the store. It’s a solid deal any time, but it’s even better for our readers from now through the holidays.
Every new Firstleaf member gets an introductory delivery with three bottles of wine for just $15, plus $5 shipping. Every box thereafter includes six bottles for $80, plus $10 shipping. If you use this link and promo code Kinja when you sign up though, you’ll get free shipping on every box for your entire first year. That’ll save you over $100 if you get a new box every month.
If you still haven’t bought a gift for your favorite outdoorsperson, this one-day Amazon sale is full of great ideas, and great deals, that could turn anyone into an aspiring Bear Grylls.
Highlights include several Victorinox Swiss Army knives, a three-pack of stocking-friendly LifeStraws, a bunch of flashlights and headlamps, a survival seed vault, an inflatable SUP, and even a popular Klymit sleeping pad within 25 cents of the best price ever on Amazon. We’ve only just made it past the trailhead with this deal though, so take a hike over to Amazon to discover all of the deals.
Vibrating silicone brushes are the next big thing in facial skin care. If you’ve been putting off the upgrade for budgetary reasons, today’s your lucky day: The FOREO Luna Mini Silicone Face Brush is down to just $69 at Amazon. That’s a savings of $30 and an excellent opportunity to see what all the buzz is about.
If you’re a winter sports person, Amazon has everything you need to hit the slopes this season. In today’s Gold Box, you’ll find deep discounts on Burton ski and snowboard apparel and Anon helmets and goggles. The bunny hill (or the black diamond, if you’re brave) doesn’t stand a chance.
And even though much of this stuff this is specifically for snow sports — I can’t imagine a scenario where mittens that thick or a set of bib pants would do much good on a regular non-ski weekend — there’s nothing stopping you from donning this gear every day. I personally wear a Burton Prowess jacket around New York City, and it serves me quite well in regular ol’ cold weather, thank you very much.
Whether you wear TOMS for the ease of never having to tie your shoes, or just dig the style, this is one deal you should take advantage of. You can save an extra 30% on select best-selling styles with promo code FLASH. Dozens of styles for men, women, and kids are included, so you should have no trouble finding a pair that you love.
J.Crew makes solid, classic clothes, which is why I don’t expect this J.Crew flash event women’s apparel at Nordstrom Rack to stick around for long. The sale itself will technically last through tomorrow, but the best stuff, will probably sell out sooner. Snag a few winter-staple sweaters, nice slacks, and well-made tees while you still can.
Don’t give a puddle the power to ruin your day. With Alice + Whittles rain boots, you can protect your toes from dampness (which can be especially brutal on frigidly cold rainy days in winter) without sacrificing an ounce of style. And now through Christmas, a pair of these adorable, seasonally-appropriate red ankle boots is going for $60, an extra $20 off their discounted price, plus free shipping. Use promo code TAKE20 and take advantage of this deal that’s sure to make your day, rain or shine.
Winter demands utility over style; after all, not freezing to death usually take precedence over looking good. But Lands’ End makes the kind of winter stuff that a preppier, more put-together you would wear, like cozy flannels and wool coats, as opposed to the ratty sweaters and sweatsuits you often resort to this time of year. Now, that classic cold-weather look is more attainable than ever with 50% off your order from the retailer, today only. Just use promo code COCOA, along with pin 2654, and outfit yourself and your entire family in the stylish winter wardrobe you all deserve.
If you still haven’t upgraded your morning routine up a life-changing wake-up light, Philips’ entry level model just got a big price drop.
The Philips HF3500 is currently marked down to $37, the best price we’ve seen all year. While there are higher end models with color-shifting lights and multiple wake-up sounds, this model still offers a reasonably convincing facsimile of a sunrise, which helps ease you out of REM cycles before the alarm sounds. I’ve been using it for years, and absolutely love it.
Everyone knows that the best kind of present is one that includes multiple presents, so these $5 Target Beauty Boxes (previously $7) would truly be the gift that keeps on giving. There are two discounted boxes — one with six skincare products for women and the other featuring six grooming favorites for men — that are luxurious enough to be gifted while also being useful in terms address common winter skin issues like dryness and dullness. Plus, each individual item is the ideal size for holiday travels. Quite a beautiful deal, if you ask me.
“You know, I think my teeth have gotten too white,” said no one ever. Seriously, there’s no limit to the brightness of a perfect smile. Because of this, Amazon has the 12-Treatment Crest 3D White Vivid Plus Whitestrips Kit for $18 when you clip the $5 off coupon on the product page and apply code 10VIVA12 at checkout. That’s $1.25 per treatment and a totally fair price for a smile white enough to glow in the dark.
I’m not 100% sure how to classify today’s Gold Box of kids’ clothes and shoes. It’s like, some activewear and apparel for gymnastics and dance, some sneakers, some play clothes, some character tees, slippers, socks... I guess it’s all sort of “kid life apparel”? Just stuff they need for the day-to-day, nothing particularly special, but all necessities.
Even if you prefer to dress your children in boutique brands 98% of the time, there are occasions when only affordable, practical clothes will do, so you may as well get them on sale.
With all of the holiday parties, boozing, Christmas hams, and boozing, December signals the beginning of holiday bloat season. And while it’s too cold to go to the gym, it’s not too early to start planning to get active again. Enter today’s workout apparel Gold Box.
Amazon is lowering the prices on running shoes, compression pants, sports bras, running shorts and more from brands like Nike, Saucony, Asics, and Adidas today only.

It features a cool wallet with an integrated bottle opener, a handy multi-tool, a couple of knives, and even a hatchet. If you’re at a total loss for present ideas, you can’t go wrong these kinds of useful items.
You and up to two of your friends can be the coolest cats at the
cantina campsite with this Star Wars Death Star Dome Tent. Yes, it looks like the iconic space station. No, jedi are not going to show up and try to destroy it while you’re inside. Yes, it has storage pockets and a lighting hook. No, it doesn’t work as a super weapon.
At $75 off, it’s a solid deal and a pretty rare overlap on the Venn diagram of Star Wars and camping as hobbies. (If you’re interested, it also qualifies you to buy one of these items for $1 via code CHOOSE.)
Holiday gifting is hard, but hey, don’t sweat it; Nike is running a deal that will make shopping that much less tedious. Through December 14, take $30 off orders of $150 or more with promo code GIFT30. After all, you can’t go wrong with giving a pair of cool sneakers, or new workout gear and apparel. Or, just get something for yourself, and literally run away from your responsibilities for a while with an endorphine-boosting jog.
You’re probably focused on shopping for others at the moment, but why not gift yourself with a whole new on-trend wardrobe this holiday season? The purveyors of cool at ASOS are taking up to 50% off a wide variety of “cold weather” styles for men and women, which apparently includes everything from coats, and scarves, and gloves, to backpacks, and shoes, and watches. Take advantage ASOS’s broad definition of clothes for “cold weather,” and shop this sale before they realize exactly how much they’ve marked down.
Guys, it’s time to abandon any preconceived notions you may have about Uggs. The coziest shoe brand has busted out of the short boot mold and now best known for classic styles that keep your feet looking cool and feeling toasty warm. And for the next four days at HauteLook, there are discounted Uggs aplenty for men with discerning tastes. Step into some trendy lace-up looks, or comfy with a new pair of slippers. Not to mention, a pair Uggs would make an ugg-celent holiday gift.
Wedding rings are a solemn reminder that you and your partner are in this thing together ‘til death do you part, but that won’t stop your band from parting your finger from your hand if you happen to it get caught on something — especially if you’re the sort of person who’s super active, works with machinery, etc. Enter Enso: the safer ring, made of silicone, and for the holidays, they’re taking 25% off sitewide. Unlike metal rings, Enso’s silicone rings will snap from pressure (instead of your finger), plus their Elements collection offerings are infused with actual metal for a nice shine.
Or, just take home one of their many styles, which includes stackable and uniquely textured options, because they’re cool and you like to wear rings while also keeping all your digits attached to your body — no S.O. required.
A storm of savings is rolling through at Zappos. We’re midway though the shoe retailer’s 21 Days of Deals, and today’s discount du jour is one you’ll want to make it rain on. Hunter Original Short Rain Boots in a variety of colors and finishes are just $81, down from their usual $140 price tag, for today only. For those who have yet to hunt down a pair of their own Hunters, these boots are the quintessential rain accessory. They come in a rainbow of both glossy and matte hues that are like sunshine on a cloudy day. Not to mention, they’re fun to wear in winter with the addition of a fashionable boot sock. Snag a pair for yourself or for someone on your list before this sale gets the boot.
REI is making the holidays even happier with a festive clearance sale that is positively jolly. Starting today and continuing through December 16, the outdoor retailer is taking up to 50% off select clearance items (that’s better than their Cyber Monday sale, which only saw up to 40% savings, by the way).
Outdoor adventurers can seek deals on women’s and men’s apparel, along with a range of gear for camping, hiking, and all things snow. And you cana bet a few of your favorite brands, like Columbia, The North Face, and Patagonia, will be marked down, too. Take advantage of this sale now, and let the knowledge that you saved a bundle give you a warm feeling inside when you head outside in your new gear this winter.
If you’re stressing about what you’ll wear when you take this year’s holiday party circuit by storm, relax. You have a holiday party outfit guardian angel looking out for you, and it’s name is Anthropologie. The bohemian-cool retailer is known for unique styles that look effortless (even though you actually put, like, a lot of work into your ensemble), and through Wednesday, they’re taking 30% off all dresses, shoes, and accessories so you can get all dolled up from head to toe. The discount will be applied at checkout, so all that’s left for you to do is grace the party with your presence and enjoy.
We’ve got a sale that will make you get out your wallet...and ditch it for something newer and cuter. The pocketbook purveyors at Kate Spade want to hook you up with new handbags, wallets, clothing, jewelry and other accessories this holiday season, so they’re taking an extra 30% off already marked down sale items. Use promo code EXTRAEXTRA to take advantage of this designer deal. And, just saying, handbags and accessories make great gifts.
While most eye masks try to provide as little compression as possible, IMAK’s compression pain relief mask lightly presses around your eyes by design to help with headaches, migraines, and sinus pain. You can even throw it in the freezer for cooling (but not too cooling) relief when you go to bed.
$9 is the best price Amazon’s listed all year, and it makes a great stocking stuffer for light sleepers and headache sufferers.
If you’re having trouble sleeping, suffering from anxiety, or having trouble sleeping because you’re suffering from anxiety, Sunday Scaries CBD gummies could help. Jolie Kerr shared her thoughts on them for The Inventory, and now, our readers can save 15% for the always-stressful holiday season with promo code kinja15.
That applies to the regular gummies, the vegan versions, and the pure CBD tincture, with extra savings available if you buy in bulk, so your wallet can rest as easy as you will.
You can put your hand down now, because this isn’t a Survivor challenge, but know that Target is taking $5 off kids’ book purchases of $20 or more, essentially matching the Amazon deal as long as you stick to the kids’ category. That’s double the savings! And, unlike toys, it’s hard to feel that your house is overrun with too many books.
What kind of person still reads physical books? The best kind of person, IMO. If you’re one of them, this is probably your favorite time of year, because you know that Amazon always drops an awesome coupon. Just like Black Friday, the discount this time around is $5 off $20 via code GIFTBOOK18, and it works on pretty much every single hardcover and paperback sold and shipped by Amazon.
The only downside is that it’s limited to a single use per customer, so you may have a hard time deciding what to buy.
Call me a Luddite, but ebooks are not my jam. I know that they’re more suited for travel and take up less space in your life, but given the choice, I’ll go with the literal printed word every time.
I must not be the only one, if Barnes & Noble’s 50% off sale is any indication. More than 150 books are marked down; exclusive editions and signed copies are good places to start if you’re not sure what you’re looking for. And with tomes by Brandon Sanderson, William Shatner, Zora Neale Hurston, and even Justin Timberlake, you should have no problem hitting the $25 free shipping threshold. Just be sure to check against Amazon’s prices with the renewed $5 off coupon.
Don’t @ me, but if you don’t like ping pong, it’s because you haven’t played enough ping pong. Refine your table tennis skills and finally understand the unbridled joy of a forehand smash with Amazon’s table tennis Gold Box — because seriously, what else were you going to do to pass the time while it’s too cold to go outside? Outfit your game room or basement with a table, nets, balls, paddles, and even a training robot, all at a discount, and promptly crown yourself the champion of your very own table tennis tournament.
Pomsies are this year’s answer to Fingerlings and Hatchimals, except that they’re surprisingly easy to find. But they are cute little “pets” that “interact” with you, and they were on every hot holiday toy list.
You’d normally pay at least $12 for one, but Walmart will let you choose two for just $20. That’s, like the definition of a deal, and if you order now you’ll even have them in time for Christmas.
One of the most fun memories my family has made in recent years was a giant NERF battle on the lawn. I’m talking children, my adult siblings and their spouses, my parents — all of us pummeling each other with foam darts and then pausing to collect them so we could go again.
I kind of think I want to make it a holiday tradition, and you can, too, if you stock up on gear during Amazon’s NERF sale. Dart refills start at $4, and there are blasters from $6 (but you’ll probably want one of the bigger ones if you’re going to stand a chance in the war). It’ll give you a whole new perspective on what an “old-fashioned family Christmas” can be.
You still have a few days to order from shopDisney and receive your purchase by Christmas, so it’s not quite the last minute. But it’s, like, the penultimate minute, and between that and today’s offer of free shipping sitewide via code FREESHIP, I wouldn’t put off buying any longer.
As a little extra incentive, select items also receive an extra discount via code CHEER. More than 800 toys, clothes, accessories, and home goods are in the mix, and the additional markdown varies by item, so it’s probably best to just carve out some browsing time.
Let’s say, hypothetically, that your 6-year-old has been asking for a NERF “sniper gun” since what feels like the beginning of time. Maybe you found the Nerf N-Strike Elite AccuStrike RaptorStrike Blaster, but you just couldn’t justify paying $40+ for yet another toy weapon when you already have a basket full of them. Hypothetically.
Well, here’s your moment to finally check that wish off the list, because the absolute mad lads at Walmart have marked it down to just $20. That’s the best price I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been tracking it for... a while. Every time I’m pelted with one of its darts, I’ll just think back to the victory I feel in this moment, finding this deal.
You know the guy that makes The Oatmeal webcomic? He does card games too, and this family-friendly card game back on sale for $6 off.
Bears vs. Babies is probably worth $24 just for the furry box, but once you open it up, you’ll find a monster-building game that you can get through in just 20 minutes.
Board games are always a solid choice for holiday break entertainment. Even the most screen-addicted will need a break from the laptop/phone/TV eventually, and games are pretty excellent as far as encouraging human interaction and making memories.
Walmart has a bunch on sale today, and they range from timeless classics like Monopoly to chaotic kid faves like Pie Face Cannon. Relatively highbrow options like Trivial Pursuit are even in the mix. You’ll be happy you have them on hand once the dreary post-Christmas winter starts to drag on, and on, and on...
I’m not a fan of slime. It’s messy, it gets everywhere, it stains things... it’s just not my kind of toy. But we make all kinds of sacrifices for our children, and despite all my efforts to nudge her in another direction, the only thing my daughter has asked Santa for this year is slime. So she’s getting slime.
The pre-made kind is at least slightly less terrible than the kits where you mix it yourself (in my limited experience, at least), so if you find yourself in a similar predicament, the Compound Kings Slime 10-Pack might be the way to go. You can choose neon fluffy slime or sparkle glitzy slime — or, since they’re currently half price, both — and try your best to be okay with the ensuing chaos.
Normally $80, it’s down to just $56 on Amazon today. That’s a couple bucks more than it was on Black Friday, but it’s not a trap; it’s a great deal by any other measure.
$12 is cheaper than a lot of standard sized mouse pads, but today, that gets you a massive 3' wide model that can accommodate your keyboard as well. Just be sure to use promo code XMASAUK7 at checkout to save a few bucks.
Kingston’s HyperX Cloud II is one of your favorite gaming headsets, and you can get your own, or give it as a gift, for just $70 today. That’s a whopping $30 off the regular price, and matches last month’s deal as the best we’ve seen in a couple of years.
It’ll will work on PC, Xbox One, PS4, or even Switch, and features full 7.1 surround sound (on PC and Mac only), which means you can hear people sneaking up on you while you hide in a bathtub in PUBG.
I know Super Smash Bros. is The Thing To Play right now, but if you have a Switch, or are giving one as a gift this year, these three games are just as essential, and they hardly ever get this cheap.
If Santa’s still working on your kids’ Christmas lists, well, don’t say procrastination never pays. Target is taking $10 off toy orders of $50 or more and $25 off orders of $100+, and it stacks with sales on Our Generation, Barbie, NERF, Hatchimals, and more. (LEGO is excluded, of course, because LEGO.)
For someone with a lot of toys to buy, this is the next best thing to a personal workshop full of elves. You can get your shopping done once and for all! Just don’t leave the wrapping until the last second on Christmas Eve, or there won’t be much time to enjoy milk and cookies.
Consistently in the running for best gaming mice, the Razer Deathadder Elite Gaming mouse is marked down to its lowest price on Amazon. There’s a lot to like about this sleek, comfortable mouse including gaming-level optical sensor and enough RGB lighting to make Rudolph blush.
Want to try one out, or buy it for the gamer in your life this holiday season? It’s just $40 right now.
It sounds too good to be true, but you’re not dreaming: Melissa & Doug really is offering buy one, get one 50% off and free shipping on everything via promo code GRNMONDAY.
Weirdly, the toys that look the most fun mimic activities nobody’s all that eager to do in real life — cleaning, getting groceries, doing laundry, working minimum wage jobs...
Even at its usual $12 per month, Humble Monthly is an amazing deal for PC gamers, but for a limited time, you can pre-pay for a whole year for $99. That deal is valid whether you’re an existing subscriber or a new one, so what are you waiting for?
This month’s early access games are Just Cause 3 XXL, Wizard of Legend, and Project Cars 2, and as always, more mystery games will unlock at the end of the month. Every game you get is yours to keep forever, whether you remain a subscriber or not.
When you’re too young to drive a car, zooming around on an electric toy of some kind is as rad as it gets. Actually, normal scooters are pretty fun, too.
But there’s no need to choose sides here — Walmart’s got traditional scooters, hoverboards, powered 2-wheelers, and various other awesome vehicles starting at just $15, so everyone’s a winner. Unless you’re talking about racing, in which case whoever’s on the Razor Metro probably has an edge.
Board games are super fun, but they take up a lot of real estate when your collection reaches a certain size. Humble Bundle knows that we don’t all have space for a giant cabinet of amusements, so they’ve created a digital assemblage to entertain you and take up zero room (except in your Steam library, but that’s already overflowing, so a few new additions won’t hurt).
For $1, they’ll give you seven ports of games like Harald and Agricola for platforms ranging from Android to Mac. Pay $7 or more to unlock 11 more games, including Pandemic and Splendor. I’m not entirely sure about the logistics of having friends over for game night when you have to sit in front of a computer to play, but I’m sure there’s a way to make it work. The human spirit is predisposed to overcome all kinds of obstacles.
With Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft basically created the Netflix of video games, and it’s a great deal at its usual $10 per month. But for a limited time, you can get a gift card for a whole year for just $70.
Xbox Game Pass grants you access to newer releases like State of Decay 2 and Sea of Thieves, as well as classics like KOTOR and all of the Gears of War games. The only catch is that you’ll be auto-renewed at the standard rate after the year is up, but hopefully there will be another deal before that happens, right?
