We've seen the Aquos 50-Inch 1080p LED HDTV for $499.99 just once before. It's back down to that price today at Best Buy. While it's not a smart TV and it is the standard 60Hz refresh, it gets solid reviews as is the trend with Aquos HDTVs. It is simply a bargain at just $500.
