This promo seems to apply automatically at checkout to to any ebook priced at $10.01 or more, so you could get a recent title for for just a couple of bucks, in most cases.
You can’t read the book on a Kindle device, but you can read any time in the Kobo app on your smartphone or tablet, or buy a Kobo e-reader.
