Simplehuman dominated the nominations in our recent kitchen trash cans Kinja Co-Op, and Amazon’s running rare discounts on several different models today.

Simplehuman sales are pretty rare, so if you’ve had one of these on your wishlist, I wouldn’t hesistate.

Until very recently, if you wanted an external hard drive with more than 2TB of space, you had no choice but to plug in an external power cord. Now though, you can carry 4TB around in your pocket or bag for just $105, with nothing but a USB cable to connect it. That price even includes 200GB of Microsoft OneDrive storage for two years, which is a $96 value on its own.

We’re not sure how long this deal will last, so if you need to keep a lot of storage in your travel bag, or plugged into your Xbox One, I’d grab this quickly.

If you still have any TVs without a Chromecast attached, Google’s official eBay store will sell you one at a $5 discount today (also available on Chromecast Audio). Plus, Google will throw in 90 days of unlimited music, plus two months of Pandora One, for free.

Walls looking a little bare? Amazon’s selling several canvas-wrapped art prints for $50 each today. Maybe they aren’t your style, but they’re worth a look.

O’Keefe’s Working Hands is Amazon’s top-selling hand cream, and sports a 4.6 star review average from over 6,000 customers. If you want to see what all the fuss is about, you can pick up two jars for just $9 today.

Microwave popcorn sucks, but it’s easy to make your own on the stove top, and it doesn’t even take that much longer. Stock up with eight pounds of Orville Redenbacher for just $18 shipped.

If you hurry, Amazon’s selling your undisputed favorite travel mug, the Contigo Autoseal West Loop, for as little as $13, one of the best prices we’ve ever seen, and a solid discount from its usual $18-$20. Just be sure to grab one before the deal cools off.

Anker’s PowerCore line is far and away your favorite variety of USB battery packs, and the newest member of the family, the PowerCore 5000, just got its first discount.

5,000mAh is a good size for a battery pack. It’s small enough to fit in your pocket, but it should still net you more than a full phone charge, which should get you through even the most trying days. Obviously, there are good reasons to own a larger pack, but a smallish battery should be in everyone’s arsenal as well. This pack has sold for $20 ever since it was released last month, but for a limited time, you can snag it for $14.

You really shouldn’t take your phone to the beach this summer without a dry bag to protect it from the surf and sand, and two different options are on sale today. The $5 model is your basic barebones smartphone bag, while the $8 model floats, includes an armband, and even lets you listen to music via a headphone jack passthrough.

When you hear the phrase “Bluetooth speaker,” you probably think of a small brick that can fill a room with decent-sounding audio. This is not that kind of speaker.

The Ion Block Rocker though has enough oomph to provide tunes for an entire block party or barbecue, and its 75-hour battery means you don’t even have to worry about plugging it in. As long as you don’t mind buying a refurb, $90 is a fantastic price for a speaker this loud.

Everyone likes a little candlelight every now and then, but if you don’t want to keep buying new candles (or houses after you burn yours down), this 6-pack of flameless alternatives is just $12 today.

There’s no such thing as too many charging cables, especially when you can get them for this cheap.

If you’re ready to take the plunge into LED lighting, this 6-pack of higly-rated TCP soft white (2700K) bulbs is down to just $18 on Amazon right now, one of the best per-bulb prices we’ve ever seen. They aren’t dimmable, so you won’t want to put them in certain fixtures, but it’s a great bulk pack for filling out ceiling lights and lamps throughout your house.

Once you’ve got them, check to see if your local utility company offers rebates for purchasing LEDs. If so, it’s possible these could pay for themselves even quicker than they would otherwise.

If you prefer daylight bulbs, the equivalent 5000K pack is just a couple bucks more. If you want my advice, use daylight in rooms where you do things (offices, kitchens, bathrooms), and soft white in spaces where you want to relax (bedrooms, living rooms).
