I used to own a gas trimmer. It was heavy, it was smelly, it required me to operate a gas canister, and it eventually broke. Shed no tears though, dear reader, for I replaced it with this very battery-powered Worx trimmer, and haven’t looked back. It’s probably not quite as powerful as my old one, but I’m trimming my yard, not tending to Centre Court at Wimbledon. You could buy worse things for $50.
