Here's an Honest-to-Goodness Windows Laptop For $199

Want a $200 laptop that doesn’t run Chrome OS? HP’s Stream is your best bet, and the 13.3” model is down to an all-time low $199 today. [HP Stream 13.3 Inch Laptop (Celeron, 2GB, 32GB SSD, Office 365, Windows 8.1), $199]

From Gizmodo’s hands-on:

Unsurprisingly, Windows is the draw here. Maneuvering through the OS was surprisingly responsive, transitioning among applications and menus without stutter. Unlike its Chromebook competitors, these laptops don’t rely on an internet connection and can run full Windows applications. You also get a free year of Office 365 and 1TB of OneDrive (to help bolster the measly 32GBs)
