Discommon has the Minimalist Wallet for People who Hate Minimalist Wallets

Minimalist wallets have done more to evolve the rubber band than reinvent the wallet, but this Discommon X Venn collaboration changes all that. For starters, it actually closes.

The Discommon card wallet holds 4 cards on each side of a clamshell design. It’s constructed of Italian thermoformed and laminated leather and microsuede, which translates to looking good, feeling good, and not warping if it gets stretched.

A wallet that holds 8 cards in a design that’s about the thickness of the latest iPhone and actually closes is definitely something to write home about, and having easy access to your two most used cards is all most people will need.

If the $130 price tag doesn’t scare you off, then there’s more bad news- it’s already sold out. But Discommon says there are new shapes and colors on the way, which we can’t wait to see.
