The last chance to preorder and save on Anker’s truly wireless earbuds, the simplest cold brew coffee maker, and the Philips Hue White starter kit lead off Thursday’s best deals.

Anker’s take on truly wireless earbuds is finally here, and you can save a lot by preordering through Kickstarter.
Update 7/20: Only three days left to get in for $99 before the Kickstarter closes.
Needless to say, we don’t make a habit of covering crowdfunding campaigns, but given that we’ve personally used almost every product Anker has ever made, and our readers have purchased more than 200,000 of their products without issue, we’ll make an exception. Especially for this huge preorder discount.
Even better, I checked out two engineering samples of the Liberty+ on a recent trip to Seattle. They were comfortable (using the only size of ear tips available with the samples), and sounded great both when streaming Spotify and playing a few minutes of some podcasts.
As you’d expect from Anker, the headline spec here is battery life. Liberty+ gets a competitive 3.5 hours of playtime from the earbuds, but a whopping 48 hours out of the charging case. They also have some waterproofing, use Bluetooth 5.0, and work with your favorite voice assistants. Just don’t expect to wear them underwater or find any built-in fitness tracking.
I’ve been using wireless earbuds most days since mid-2016, and between our team we’ve tested more than ten different pairs. Anker’s Liberty+ are a steal at $89 (or $99 if you miss the early bird special), and while they will of course get discounted many times in the future from their $149 MSRP, we wouldn’t expect this price point again any time soon.
Expected shipping in October 2017.
I realize that some subset of you will never buy neckband Bluetooth headphones, and I’m sure you have your reasons. But for the rest of you, $35 is an insanely good price for a set with active noise cancellation. They’ll even run for 15 hours on a charge with noise cancellation enabled, and 20 hours with it turned off.
Update 7/20: MassDrop recently put a limited supply of these back on sale, if you missed out last month.
Sennheiser’s HD 650 open back headphones are widely considered some of the best-sounding cans you can buy for under $1000, and the best chance to get them is when MassDrop drops a new shipment of the legendary HD 6XX.
The 6XX is basically exactly the same as the 650, but with a 6' cable rather than the original’s 10', which is actually a better length, in my opinion. The 650s are currently listed for $316 on Amazon, and have never been cheaper than $287, but MassDrop has a limited number units of the 6XX available for $250 $200, while supplies last.
Just when you thought you’d seen it all when it comes to Lightning cables, iClever went and made one that’s braided on the outside with stainless steel. And yes, it’s as great as it sounds.
Obviously, this won’t be as flexible as a rubber or nylon-coated cable, but it’s impossible to tangle, and should stand up to even the most reckless iPhone owner. Plus, it just looks really damn cool. It’s a tough sell at $15, but for a limited time, you can try one out for $9 with promo code ICCABLE3.
Selfie sticks are still a thing, much to my personal dismay, so if you really have to have one, here’s a $7 deal on Anker’s. This one relies on a headphone jack connection for shutter control, rather than Bluetooth, which I think is actually preferable (assuming your phone has a headphone jack). It’s one less thing to keep charged, and you won’t have to fiddle around in the Bluetooth menu on your phone, which we all know is the seventh circle of hell.
We’ve seen our fair share of USB power receptacle deals, but this $13 model from iClever is one of the most affordable options yet. Half the things you plug in these days probably plug into USB, so it just makes a ton of sense to install these.
If you like the idea of Philips Hue’s automation features, but don’t particularly care about exotic and colorful lighting concepts, you can pick up the Hue White starter kit for $60 today, about $10 less than usual. That gets you two soft white bulbs and a Bridge that lets you control them from your phone, or with voice assistants like Siri and Alexa.
Already have a Bridge? You can also get the bulbs by themselves for $30, though that’s the regular price.
Update: Individual third generation colored Hue bulbs are also on sale for $43 today.
For a limited time, Anker’s offering up big discounts on their popular GlassGuard screen protectors for some of the most popular gadgets out there. Just find what you need on this post, and be sure to note the promo code (where applicable).
iClever’s new folding Bluetooth keyboard is the only mobile keyboard I’ve ever actually enjoyed using, and a great investment for anyone that needs to work on an airplane, or just wants to get some typing done at the coffee shop without lugging around a laptop.
It’s a bargain at its usual $30, but for a limited time, promo code CJLJBQI6 will knock that down to $24.
$16 is about what you’d expect to pay for a 4-port USB charging hub, but this Aukey model also comes with two AC outlets, so your lamps and laptops don’t have to go hungry.
DJI’s Mavic Pro quadcopter packed intelligent flight features and an amazing camera into an incredibly portable package, and you can save $50 and get a free hardshell carrying case when you buy it from MassDrop today. That’s one of the first deals we’ve seen on the Mavic, which you were lucky to find in stock until recently, let alone at a discount.
If you still haven’t tried out a home theater bias light, there’s never been a better time to pick one up. Vansky’s LED bias light strips plug directly into your TV’s USB port for power, and stick to the back of the set via built-in adhesive. Once you turn your TV on, the LEDs cast a soft glow on the wall behind them, which can reduce eyestrain when watching in the dark, and improve your TV’s perceived black levels.
Our readers have bought thousands of the 35.4" models, but now, you can opt for 80" strips for just a few bucks more. Rather than just stretching them across the top of your TV set, these can wrap all the way around, resulting in a fuller halo of light on the wall behind. You can also cut them to length, if 80" is a little too long.
Update 7/17: We assumed this was a pre-Prime Day only deal, but it seems to still be alive right now, if you missed out last week.
Here’s a no-brainer deal to help you get ready for Prime Day. Just reload your Amazon gift card balance for the first time by $100 or more, and get a bonus $10 added to your account. You can’t argue with free money.
For all the fine print, click here.
VPNs are in the news these days, and with good reason. So if you’re curious to sign up and start protecting your browsing history and personal data (or, you know, getting around websites’ geoblocks), NordVPN charges less per month than a typical trip to Starbucks.
NordVPN has long been one of the most popular and reliable VPN providers out there, and if you sign up for a one-year membership, promo code VIP70 will drop your annual price from $69 to $48. If you’re sure you want to commit, use this link instead to get a special two year plan for $79 with code 2YSpecial2017. Lifehacker has recommended Nord in some previous guides, but if you have any firsthand experience with the service, sound off in the comments!

Update: Sold out, now up to $24
Iced coffee is a brilliant way to sell people ice for the price of coffee (which is mostly water to begin with). Cold brew on the other hand is a different process that results in less acidity, among other benefits, and you can do it yourself at home with this top-selling Takeya, now down to $19 on Amazon.
This non-coffee drinker bought one of these last year, and I’m absolutely in love with it. All you have to do is fill the basket with ground coffee, fill the container with water, and let it steep overnight in the fridge. The resulting coffee concentrate needs to be watered down, so one batch should last you several days.
Amazon’s listed slightly lower prices on a few occasions, but $19 is the best we’ve seen in several months, and ‘tis the season for cold coffee.
This Amazon Gold Box is ostensibly meant as a back-to-school Thermos sale, but several items in there could appeal to adults who want to pack lunch for work.
Yes, I’m referring to the R2D2 lunch kit.
Inside, you’ll also find water bottles, food jars, and even a massive 40 oz. double walled container with a lid that doubles as a serving cup. Just note that like all Gold Box deals, these prices are only available today, or until sold out.
You probably rolled your eyes when Pepsi started making “craft” sodas, but it turns out, they’re actually really good, and Amazon will sell you a 12-can pack for $11 when you use Subscribe & Save and clip the 20% coupon on the page (or 25% in the case of this two-flavor pack). This coupon also applies to the new Citrus flavor, as well as the popular ginger.
Note: You won’t see the discount until checkout.
OxyLED’s uber-popular motion-sensing night lights come in a lot of different varieties now, but today, you can get their new T-04 modular, rechargeable, night light with the code KINJAT04 for $15.
While the T-02 is one of the most popular products, these T-04 night lights are significantly easier to recharge. With its modular design, you can detach the battery pack and plug it directly into any USB port to recharge, then pop it back into the light when you’re done. That means you don’t have to remove the entire fixture, or even find a microUSB cable.
This popular (4.4 star rated) Kershaw folding Zing knife normally sells for $25, but right now it’s marked down to $13 on Amazon, for some reason. Now you can be one of those people that’s randomly carrying a knife whenever something needs cutting. Those people are respected by all.
These microfiber mitts are great for washing your car or dusting around the house, but they could also come in handy on Halloween for terrifying children as you hand out candy. They’re worth $6 either way, in my opinion.
If coworkers have been stealing your food out of the office fridge, or you just want to keep a couple drinks cold at the beach, this flexible lunch box is basically made out of ice packs. Just freeze it overnight, and it’ll keep your food and drinks chilled for up to 10 hours.
We’ll probably be a Russian colony soon, so you might as well start assimilating to the culture by buying a dash cam. This one from Aukey includes a 1080p Sony sensor and 170 degree field of view, two different mounting options, and capacitors that are rated to work in temperatures from -4°F to 149°F.
There are seemingly dozens of internet mattress companies these days, but Eight Sleep sets itself apart by piling on smart features, and you can try it out for $125 off with promo code KINJAEIGHT.
The mattress itself is basically what you’ve come to expect from internet mattresses these days: It’s a block built from multiple layers of different types of foam. You’ll probably like it just fine, and if you don’t like it, Eight Sleep offers the industry standard 100 night trial period, so you can return it for any reason.
The real magic though comes from Eight Sleep’s top sheet, which has smart features built in that you’ll actually want to use. It can track your restfulness, heart rate, and other sleep stats independently for each side of the bed, wake you up with a smart alarm when you’re not deep in a REM cycle, and even integrate with other smart home appliances. So you could conceivably change your thermostat temperature automatically when you get into bed, and start brewing coffee whenever you’re about to wake up.
The best feature though, without question, is dual zone temperature control. Yes, the top sheet doubles as a smartphone-connected electric blanket to warm each side of the bed independently, which may not seem appealing right now, but you’ll thank the stars for it come winter.
Eight Sleep is currently offering $100 off the smart mattress, but you can bump that up to $125 with promo code KINJAEIGHT. That brings the queen down to $974, and the king down to $1,124. That’s a little steep compared to, say, Casper. But let me reiterate...dual zone temperature control.
Be honest with yourself; when’s the last time you vacuumed the inside of your car? With this convenient $27 car vacuum, you might actually get around to cleaning your cabin. Just plug it straight into your car’s 12V outlet, then start digging for old french fries under your seat.
If you aren’t thrilled with your current pillows, or just want to keep some spares around for guests, you can a two pack of 4.3 star-rated down alternative pillows from Langria for just $24 right now. Just be sure to use promo code PSAKUMRK at checkout to save $6.
Time to get comfy, because Urban Outfitters is having a home sale. Take 25% off select bedding, pillows, tapestries, even furniture, and (urban) outfit your place with fuzzy throw blankets, cable knit pillows, and jersey sheets. Just try not to go overboard because you may never want to get out of bed again.
We see deals all the time on copper string lights, but if you prefer the look of “globe” style incandescents, you can get a 25' strand with 25 bulbs for $10 today with code VE9K23J5. The evenings are nice this time of year, so string these up on your patio and enjoy the outdoors.

“No-iron shirts” have been around for so long that it seems almost ridiculous to buy anything else. Twillory takes that notion one step further by taking that no-iron notion and adding a bespoke feel. Right now, grab four shirts for just $179 (that’s around $45 per shirt) with code MOVINGSALE, which is the best price we’ve seen since Black Friday.
Shane reviewed these shirts over on Gear, so head over there to learn about what makes these shirts so great.
It’s not going to turn you into the cycling equivalent of a NASCAR pit crew, but this compact Crank Brothers tool has everything you need for basic bike repairs on the go, and it’s small enough to fit in your pocket or a seat bag. $20 is a great price for this, so you’ll have money left over for therapy after you see this picture of a Tour De France rider’s legs.
One of our favorite shaving creams, Mavericks, typically retails for $25, but by taking advantage of their Indiegogo campaign and our exclusive perk, you can grab it for just 19 bucks, plus a free tube of face cleanser.
You’re probably moisturizing too little (never), not wearing sunscreen, exfoliating too much, and using bad shaving creams and face washes, so take this opportunity to dip your foot into the Mavericks ecosystem and do better. The shave cream and face wash sell for $35 on Indiegogo for everyone else, but it’s $19 just for our readers for a limited time.
This is the same stuff I reviewed here, but it proved to be so popular that they completely sold out, hence the Indiegogo to take preorders until they can restock next month.
It’s as good a time as any to stock up on new workout clothes with PUMA’s Semi-Annual Sale. There’s something for every level of exerciser, and some everyday basics that you can wear just to look like you kind of workout. Tons of shoes and apparel are marked down up to 50%, and you’ll see that drop an additional 20% at checkout. Plus, use promo code DEALSHIPFREE for free shipping.
When it comes to having a corner on the market, nothing really compares to Nike. And right now, use the code SAVEMORE20 and take an extra 20% off their sale styles for both men and women. Everything you could need for a good workout wardrobe is included, from apparel, to sneakers, to gear.
In case you missed it during the Prime Day chaos, ExOfficio’s insanely popular sweat-wicking men’s underwear is still on sale for $12-$15, in multiple sizes and colors. It’s extremely rare for Amazon to have this many options in stock, let alone at a discount, so don’t miss your chance to stock up.
Zappos is basically a one-stop shoe destination already, but right now, they’re having an actual sale, something they haven’t done in years. Grab discounted shoes from Cole Haan, Brooks, Nike, Stuart Weitzman, Frye, and more for men and women. And, if you’re part of their rewards program, get 3x the points on the over 40,000 items on sale.

If you don’t have a job, children, errands, or really any responsibilities to speak of, then you have time to watch the Lord of the Rings extended trilogy. For the rest of us, the theatrical versions will suffice, especially when you can get all three on Blu-ray for $10.
Amazon always offers a free one-month trial of its Audible audiobook service, but for a limited time, they’re also tossing in an extra free book credit to sweeten the pot. That’s in addition to the book you normally get with the trial, and each credit is valid for any title in the Audible library. The best part? The books you choose are yours to keep, even if you cancel the trial before it renews.
Just note that this deal is only valid for new Audible members only.
iTunes gift card discounts are noticeably less common than they used to be, and while we do see 20% discounts from time to time, a $1o0 iTunes gift card for $85 is still a solid deal if you pay for apps, movies, Apple Music, or iCloud storage.
The latest Humble Bundle is an ode to legendary comic creators Jack Kirby and Will Eisner, with over two dozen titles available digitally. As always, you can pay whatever you want, but certain titles will be locked behind a couple of price tiers.

Pop Chart Lab, purveyor of beautiful and geeky art prints, just came out with the new Chart of Controllers poster, and you can take 20% off through this weekend with promo code NINTENDEAL64. That 20% applies not just to the poster, but any finishing options you choose to add, so you could save $12 if you get it with poster rails, or $30 if you get it framed.
It’s been awhile since we’ve seen a decent PlayStation Plus deal, so if your membership is due to expire soon (or not), grab another year for $48 today, which is about as low as it’s gotten since Sony jacked up the price by $10.
I imagine most of you have played at least one or two of Telltale’s choice-driven narrative games, but the newest Humble Bundle is a great excuse to try out more.
Just $1 gets you a lot of the studio’s earlier work, including the first season of The Walking Dead, paying more than the average unlocks the likes of Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands, while $15 gets you Batman and Minecraft: Story Mode. As always, a portion of the proceeds go to charity, so make the choice to buy this bundle; you won’t regret the consequences.
