What Away has going for it is that it has all the options in the world to do collabs, and their newest one with Kode with Klossy, supermodel Karlie Kloss’ program for young girls to learn coding, is probably the most interesting of them all.
The new, limited edition collection finally adds even more color to Away’s staple suitcases, bringing in an olive green and an eggplant shade, aptly named Gigabyte and Pixel, respectively. Each color can be found on all the original sizes of their suitcases, with the addition of two new bags: The Backpack and The Cube Case.
The Backpack features a sleeve to easily slip over the handle of your Away Carry-On (or really any suitcase if we’re being honest), a laptop pocket, plus a zippered front compartment to store all your doodads like charging cables and headphones. It comes in both the limited edition colors, made in nylon, or in a black vegan leather called Binary.
As for The Cube, this small but mighty packing accessory is made to neatly organize cords and chargers so you don’t end up rummaging through your bag looking for a cord when your phone is at 10% and you need to plug it into your suitcase (those are words I never thought I’d type). It’s definitely a superfluous travel item, but it is pretty darn cute. It also comes in the same colors and materials as The Backpack, so you can easily color coordinate, or mix-and-match.
A little more affordable, aka the same price as the original styles, than the newer Aluminum Edition, this kollab collab supports all the girls in Kode with Klossy. It also still features everything that made Away the insanely popular brand it is today, with just a little bit more style.
