Most people in the market for smart light bulbs don’t look past Philips Hues, but LIFX bulbs basically match them feature for feature, and you can stock up for $40 each today, an all-time low.
The biggest difference between LIFX and Hue is that LIFX bulbs don’t require a hub. Beyond that, they’ll still integrate with your smartphone, Alexa, and IFTTT, giving you myriad ways to turn them on and off, and change their colors. The best part though? The bulbs put out about 1,000 lumens each, compared to the Hue’s 800.
Again these prices are the best Amazon’s ever listed, but we don’t know how long the deal will last, so stock up before the deal burns out.
